Wow is mc Donald’s in Stockton that cheap !! Or the managers just that hungry got a messed up meal plus flat soda come all the way back home didn’t even want to leave its so damn cold now my chicken sandwich is so stale and flat soda and they want me to bring it back to them so I can get it exchanged!! wth is that lmao ! They act like $ 6 for meal killed me I’m only pissed because no one likes coming home after paying whatever it is for messed up food and they want to get paid $ 15 a hr that’s a joke! Only reason I come here is because it’s near by def worth driving to another location. Poor managers need more class too.

Service is fast! Great customer service (thanks Sandy N.!) during all my visits with my kids so far. We will continue to come to this location more often.

Since I’ve been coming to this location, I never encountered any problems with the service or food. The staff is very friendly here and I always see people cleaning up the place. Especially right after someone leaves, I’ll watch a crew member wipe the table down almost immediately.
I haven’t had one bad experience here. In my opinion what stands out the most is their excellent customer service. I really love to be acknowledged when I arrive and love service with a smile. I get that here and that’s one of the many reasons, why I come to this location frequently.
Petty things like they forget a single napkin or my ice tea is missing two ice cubes or they used the wrong wrapping paper on my McChicken. Little things like hold no power over me.
For me it’s the little things that matters the most. A simple «Hello» or «How is you’re day» small gestures like this add up. A lot of places don’t do that anymore. Just take your order and that’s it. So to many it’s just another McDonald’s but for me it’s a place I enjoy a lot. Stay happy my friends :)
