Caribou Coffee

Stopped in to get some work done on my laptop and meet up with an old friend. The place is clean without being sterile. It has all the faux rustic charm I’d expect out of a Caribou, but the added bonus of a fireplace! Free wifi was fast and the ambient music wasn’t overpowering.
It was a Tuesday at 7:30 so it was pretty dead, but Alice took good care of me and gave really great customer service. Recommend.

Here today to redeem my COMPLIMENTARY medium beverage. It’s a chilly day out, so having a free coffee through the Caribou Perks is an awesome deal! I recommend signing up for it. You just get a text message when any deal comes in, and like any coupon, you have so much time to redeem it. Anyways, the Caribou was pretty busy when i walked in, with probably about 10 people standing. It’s 245 in the afternoon so that’s an odd time to be this busy, either way, they kept the lines moving and the drinks coming. Three baristas were friendly and helpful at explaining the drinks to me, as well as the deal I was there for. Happy I stopped by, jusy in time for the 3pm energy crash

I stopped in today to use a gift card I got for Christmas. I have been to several locations in the past and I have come to anticipate a wait for my beverage. I was in and out of this location in about 2 minutes! I was very promptly greeted with a young woman with a lot of energy. She was very genuine and friendly.
Before I had the opportunity to walk down to the end of the coffee bar, my drink was ready! The gentleman making my drink also had a nice smile. I didn’t bring any cash in with me for a tip. I was so pleased with my service, I went back to my car and dug out whatever I could find to go back in and give a tip.
Great location, great service, very clean and welcoming environment. I suspect the people who live in this area are well aware of this little gem! :)

I love caribou. I posted b4 I wish we had them back in NM, from their coffee to service, they are great.

Delicious coffee, pleasant atmosphere, and friendly service. My main objection is that everything is served in disposable cups. GIANT ones, if you’re having an espresso. Two forlorn tablespoons of coffee at the bottom of a huge paper cup. Sigh.

Philly boy on vacation finds love with a large mocha. Served with a smile. A righteous experience.

I stopped in here for a pick me up at about 8 pm on a week night. The place was fairly active with customers lounging and laughing. People seemed comfortable and happy. I had a smiling employee helping me in moments — and not long after a steaming cup of Yummy in my tired little hands. A pleasant experience from end to end.
