My daughter and I booked a SUP tour on Pearl Lake through the Steamboat StoreFront. The night before our tour we called the company we booked with to reconfirm and get directions to Pearl Lake, everything was supposed to be a go at this time. We drove to Pearl Lake, which was 45 mins from our hotel, no one was there. We called Steamboat paddle no answer. We called and left a message with Steamboat store front. They eventually returned our call and told us they were able to get ahold of Steamboat Paddle Adventure and told us they were not able to honor our reservation«Would we like to go another a day» We were not able to go another day and after being treated like this we definitely did not want to go with this company. Why didn’t the call us to let us know they couldn’t make. We wasted over 2 hours plus our gas. So unprofessional and rude.

My boyfriend and I rented a couple of paddle boards online and had a pretty good experience. We were greeted by Aaron who was expecting us and he helped us select a board(hard vs inflatable). He helped us load the boards onto the roof of our vehicle(they’re a lot bigger than I imagined so you would definitely need a truck or SUV), got all of our equipment and sent us on our way. It seems like they are pretty busy so I would definitely recommend booking online. I would also recommend getting there a little early, it took us a while to load everything in the car. All in all, we had a good experience and it was nice to be able to book everything online and have it ready for us when we arrived.
