This company truly stands out in so many ways — primarily customer service — followed by incredible fun overall, professionalism by the whole staff, and quality top-​to-​bottom. From the time we called and made reservations to the arrival itself, the company stayed in touch with important information and tips… Truly fantastic… and if possible, I highly recommend asking for «Solomon» to be your raft guide :)

I planned a last minute trip the morning of as my sister was in town from the east coast. The river was a good mix of Rapids, calm water to float on and plenty of entertainment from our guide. Nick was wonderful and told us a ton of random facts, and made up tons of entertaining ones as well, definitely someone who likes to joke around and have fun. We would definitely go again, though go on one of the more intense trips.

Our guide Rabbit was awesome! Everything was organized and went smoothly so we started our adventure on time. All the staff made sure we had all our needs met, from safety, info, lunch, and even cool tips on what to do in town. Our group had 5 teens and they still couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had. We definitely will be back!

Well organized. Really fun staff that go out of their way to make sure you have a good time. Enjoyed the time on the river and would go again. My only complaint is that they take any age individual. Two year olds and elderly should have their own raft so as to not spoil everyone else’s fun. You cannot safely or effectively hold a two year old between your legs on the raft parents. Also old people that can barely stand and have back and knee problems should not go on the trip. They complained the entire time and were upset that they got wet!

What a FANTASTIC FANTASTIC time I had out on the raft with my friends… Tyler was our guide and he couldn’t have been more cool and fun. I did half the day in a raft with everyone, then the other half of the day in a two-​person kayak (which was AWESOME!). The natural hot springs «hot tub» was really cool too. The company took care of EVERYTHING and as a bonus had some great t-​shirts for sale, it’s my new favorite souvenir of my travels. Everyone at the company was super laid back and cool and you could tell they were all just out to have a great afternoon. You can’t go wrong with these folks!

Unlike the Colorado River itself, our experience with Whitewater Rafting was smooth sailing all the way. The staff was friendly and helpful and all the guides came across as true professionals. Our guide in particular, Marissa, was terrific. Her genuine passion for the outdoors showed through her energy and enthusiasm. She was fully engaged with us the entire way and was key in making our half-​day run an experience to remember. (Thanks to her, we also came away from the trip with a ton of facts about the canyon and river… all 100% true.)
Their high rating is well deserved, and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a family-​friendly rafting adventure.

Highly recommended for first timers.
Our family had a wonderful experience on a half day trip. This was our first time whitewater rafting and our confident guide Connor did a fantastic job helping us through the nervous first rapids at Shoshone. Our 9 yr old was encouraged to grab a paddle as our younger one tucked under the front to experience the big sprays up close.
In the calmer sections Connor called out points of interest from rock formations, high water lines, tunnel history, mud swallow nests, and so on. These local touches meant as much as shooting the rapids.
All in all, a great first rafting trip for us.
