Although they have really good cheeseburgers, about 4 times I have ordered a large, clear soda. It’s just the carbonation. They dont check their soda syrup levels.

Don’t waste your money or time here. I ordered the boneless wings with honey mustard sauce. No one tasted the sauce and it was bad… To top it off it was all over the wings. so in the trash went 35 dollars. I won’t be back

Ladies and gentlemen please.please.please DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The order I placed too very long. I had to call multiple times to ask where my order was and what was the problem. The cashier first told me it was on its way. The second time I called she was just laughing on the phone saying that it’s on its way and that she can’t do anything about it. She couldn’t locate the driver? I live 5 – 8 minutes away. I would’ve picked it up if i knew it was going to take that long. Anyway the food got here 2 HOURS LATER. I paid $ 20 dollars for 3 tacos for the deluxe with all the ingredients (lettuce, tomato, cheese, beef, and sour cream). I ended up getting sour cream and a little beef on a cold taco that seemed frozen. Not only was that the issue. I also ordered 10 boneless wings and I got 10 wings with bone. They’re were all cold and like frozen inside. I threw away everything. It’s sad that not only did I get ripped off. I was mistreated with terrible customer service. Please guys do not order from here and take your business elsewhere.

Been to all 4 locations on Staten Island. All A+. My favorite thing to get is teriyaki bone in wings. And making it a combo with fries and a drink for $ 1.99 is a great deal.
The food is always consistent and delicious. The staff is always very friendly and food is up quickly.
This is an absolute must when visiting Staten Island.

I ordered the buffalo wings and they were STALE. I complained to the manager and instead of giving me a refund, he asked if I wanted a different batch. Why would I want another batch of stale wings??? The staff is not that friendly. Never going back.

Never eating from here again. The delivery took forever. My burrito was gross and tasted like cafeteria food. When they delivered our food they forgot my sons food. So we had to wait again! We ordered the Mozza sticks appetizer and they were very salty and tasted like freezer burn.

I found that the flavor was ok but in regards to heat in ordering the most spicy wings on menu I found them to be as stated. Gone to places where they claim to be hot & disappointed when they are not. Yes it may seem like self inflicting pain but if you like it hot give them a try.

Seriously when I want chicken I want chicken not bones with me looking for meat like I’m looking for Waldo! You need to get more meaty wings. The only this it gets a lot is the registers caused it a over priced too!

My god so expensive had a meal that ran me 13 bucks deff there better places to get wings then this place.

They sell tacos and Mexican fare now, otherwise I wouldn’t step foot in here.
Had the bean burrito and it was very good! It was basic but stacked with refried beans, cheddar, cream cheese and lettuce. That’s about it, it was good but very simple. The salsa came on the side and was OK.
The inside of this place could use some sprucing up, especially the bathroom. Either way the Tex-​Mex is passable but the wings are debatable…

This place is clean. Always a plus for fast food restaurants. I usually only get the buffalo chicken wrap so cannot comment on the other menu items. The food is ok. Good enough to bring me back for convenience. The fries tend to be dark, which tells me they don’t change the oil often enough. The wrap doesn’t have much chicken so I know they are cutting corners here. And the prices are kinda high for what you get. Again, I only go here for convenience, not for value.

This Planet wings is by far the best store on the island, clean, staff is friendly, service is correct and at a nice pace. It was very enjoyable eating at Planet Wings.

I love their wings!!! I intend to try each and every favor. There salads are also yummy especially the taco chicken salad. they always deliver on time and when the food arrives its nice and hot…

This review is strictly about their wings. I got them twice delivered. Both times they were pretty good i got honey bbq. They were tasty not to sweet not to tangy juicy although the skin is not as crunchy as i wanted them to be they were good. They always deliver on time. I would order again.

Not really liking plant wings there wings were not that good not really sure if it is wings cause it really taste like chicken breast to me but whatever. I like the fact that its like a cute little fast food restaurant but the service sucked and the foods wasn’t that good so I don’t know if I really wanna go there again.

There is a big selection of sauces for the wings there good but not enough meat on them every time I get it to delivered to my house the fries are always soggy I think it’s the container they put it in .my boyfriend loves the gyros it would be excellent if th fries wasn’t always soggy

I recently ordered food for delivery. The chicken strips were rubbery like they were microwaved and the tacos looked like they were thrown together in a hurry not presentable at all. The delivery driver was a snob he waited 30 seconds for me to open the door and complained he had to wait. When I paid him and gave him a tip he didn’t even say thank you all he said was ok bye. I will go out of my way to avoid this place in the future. Used to be a good value for the quality of food looks like this place has gone downhill.

They have a decent sized menu so you aren’t locked into just getting wings. A combo of wings with a soda and fries will run you about 8 and change. If you get the traditional wings, they are usually cooked well and nice and crispy. You have your choice of sauces so you can go hot, mild or exotic if you wish. They aren’t the fastest place around so be prepared to wit if you are starving.

Hi, my name is Tiffany and I’m addicted to Planet Wings.
I absolutely love their boneless wings. Even the hot flavor makes me tear up. Suicidal is pleasantly unbearable. The curly fries are delicious and crispy, free soda refills if you dine in. Much better alternative to other fast food joints close by.
The menu is extensive — they have Mexican choices and fresh salads as well. Salads are good, anything doused in hot sauce is good though. Wraps and sandwiches aren’t bad either — but keep in mind the name: Planet WINGS.
Wish they would serve beer — I’m always running to the deli next door and sneaking in six packs like a degenerate. Beer and wings have the perfect marriage.

Although the wings were pretty small, the sauce (Butter Garlic) pushed it over the edge. Didn’t plan on eating here but after a slice at J & B Pizza next door (good slice btw), my wife wanted to try the wings. Got the 10 wing combo and an order of Beer Battered onion rings. They have a wide variety of American classics as well as Mexican and Gyros. Not sure if I just got hooked up, but Free refills on soda. Also, they have 24 flavors for wings. NICE.
