After having a bad experience at this restaurant, I called and spoke with the manager Kevin. He told me he could not help me and I should speak with the owner, who would be there later today. What a shame that customer service isn’t as important as wait staff who rips off customers. I have been a customer forever and never experienced this before. Just a warning WATCHYOURMONEY especially at the bar.

This pizza is the best pizza I’ve had in my life! Clam pie is LEGIT! Mutz stix are really good too. Cheap pitchers of beer and sangria. Always packed but never have to wait for more than 20 mins. Don’t forget cash! They don’t take cards. Can’t wait to go back to Denino’s!

Deninos just has the best pizza in the greater NYC area and it’s not even close. The appetizers are great too, especially the mozzarella sticks with their great marinara sauce. I’ve been to Deninos on numerous occasions and the pizza delivers every time. The service is also great and a great atmosphere for family, date, or just grabbing pizza with friends. Wish there was six stars to give.

After comigg Staten Island for work I actually have started missing atlanta. It’s a struggle to find a good place here to eat. So based on a friends recommendation, I thought of giving Denino’s a shot. We went there on Saturday evening and the place was packed. It took us more than 20 mins just to find parking on the street. They have a small parking lot but it’s extremely small. Our wait time was 45 mins. We chose to wait. We ordered fried calamari and Margherita pizza. I also asked for bottled water but they didn’t have it, which was annoying. Our calamari was very nice. I would say on scale of 1 to 10 I would give it 8. There pizza was good to. I would give 8. The crust is 10⁄10. I never had crust like that In my life. They say something in the Staten Island water that makes that crust good. Not sure about that! The place has a lot of 80s club music playing on the jukebox. A very selected crowds would like that. They have a pretty vibrant tavern. Looks like lot of local regulars come here to spend their sat evenings. This place is in business since 1937. We got our check and the waitress told us they don’t take credit cards only cash. But they have an atm inside so it’s not a big deal. Fortunately, we had some cash. Overall the experience was nice. I would go back again.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about Denino’s…from my husband and also from a few other native Staten Islanders. So I had to try it and my husband and I came here for dinner a few weeks ago. We arrived around 6pm just as it started to get busy on a Saturday night and we were seated right away in a comfy booth on the left side. The atmosphere is cozy, old-fashioned and family-oriented. We ordered a beer, a glass of wine, a pie, and fried calamari. Everything from the service to the food was great. We didn’t have to wait long for anything but we also weren’t rushed. After about 10 – 15 minutes, every table in the place was filled. Not too noisy or crowed, just right. What more could you ask for from a family pizzeria place? We’ll definitely be back for dinner again soon!

This is pizza made for people from New Jersey that come to Staten Island and don’t know real pizza. The fried calamari smells great from outside, but isn’t that good, either.

I heard so much about Denino’s so while on Staten Island I went to try. Thin but not too thin. The crust is the best I’ve ever had. More of a cheese pie than a sauce pie, both are very good. Worth a visit for the pizza lover. I would say one of the top 2 or 3 pies on Staten Island and maybe the city.
