Looking for something fast foody in the Heavenly Village? This pretty much is a go-to place for anybody. Whether that food is good for you or not is a different story, but that’s not for me to judge. But I’m always struck at the number of people who wander in wearing their pajama bottoms — apparently acceptable and common at Burger King, but not at other nearby cafes or restaurants. The only reason I come here is seriously for their onion rings as a treat. I stopped by to get some and they handed me what basically looked like a half-empty container of onion rings. I counted maybe 8. Disappointing but I took it as a message from above that maybe that’s all I should eat — LOL.

The 50 cent cone was the size of a pint of ice cream. Enough said…:D

Located in the Heavenly Village plaza next to Quiksilver. The manager was super nice to all the customers and her employees. The food was as terrible as I remember. I used to love their fries when I was young but they changed the recipe a year or two ago and now it’s just plain. I ate a junior whopper $ 1.29+tax(regular burger with too much ketchup). They have hashbrown bite size before 11am :(I missed out. But they stop serving around 10:40am. I would not recommend any burger kings to anyone. Except that $ 0.50 soft serve(still ice cream!)

$ 0.50 soft serve cone is a deal, especially for a resort area.

I finally tried their ice cream cone. Bleh! Its not as great as my other favorite. Its not as creamy but it was piled high! :) This location is close to a couple of big hotels like Harrah’s and Harveys. We went to a sporting goods store around the corner and remembered that we wanted to try BK’s ice cream cone. Clean location with an outside seating area. It was a warm day for Tahoe I guess at 44– perfect for hanging outside.

After laying down some deep trenches in firebreak I decided that I needed a little nourishment before heading back up the the gondola. I attacked the BK value menu and crushed a couple whooper jr’s. They were good. The Chic N’ Crisp wasn’t the best but the whooper was chronic.

This place totally sucks for breakfast! My hash browns tasted like old frying oil, with a taste of fish!!! Ewwww… And my chicken biscuit was very dry! I gave it one star because I got a soda, I was thirsty. Dont go Here!
