Best place I have gotten a pedicure in State College so far. I moved here from Pittsburgh a year ago, and I had some trouble finding a decent nail place at first. I read about this place on Unilocal and decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed! The staff is extremely courteous and accommodating. Prices are VERY reasonable. The pedicures are thorough and the work is solid. I have had a different nail tech every time I have been there, and everyone has done an outstanding job. Facilities are kinda blah, but clean! I was a little put-​off by the fact that it’s inside Walmart, but I was wrong! Won’t go anywhere else.

No longer Regal Nails, now DaVi nails. Awesome deal for mani and pedi. I love the attention to detail this salon provides. Best mani-​pedi in a while! I love the hot moisturizing wax they use during both! I felt like I mattered as a client even with a busy salon on a Friday afternoon. I highly recommend this place! Don’t let the fact that it is located in wal-​mart turn you away!

They are very appreciative of your business, great deals, great work! I recommend the deluxe pedicure. The lady there does great toe art! They also do a great job on eyebrow waxing!

I don’t expect too much when it comes to a mani and pedi. The folks here won’t scrub calluses unless you pay $ 10 extra and they only use about a pea-​sized amount of lotion to moisturize your legs (not even your feet that you just soaked in hot water). I was told that my toes were completely dry– and now that I’m home and my shoes are off, they’re completely messed up already. Don’t waste your money. It’s not worth it– you’re not getting what you pay for.

Visiting my dad for Christmas, my sister in law and I were restless (there’s not much to do in State College) and decided to get pedicures. We actually Unilocaled this place inside Wal-​Mart and decided to try it out. We made appointments, but it was so crowded we had to wait about 20 minutes after our appointment time. No biggie though, they were just especially busy. What we both loved best about this place were the massage chairs that we had our pedicures in. It was the best chair massage I’ve ever had, for what it’s worth.
Our pedicures were relaxing and our toes looked great after. We both could have done without the sales pitch to «buy callus treatment! You have so many calluses!!! You are so hard on your feet and need callus treatment!»
But otherwise, we were pretty satisfied. And they’re kind of right, I am pretty hard on my feet.

This is usually where I get my nails done in State College. I was never a «getting my nails done» type person, until I got a pedicure and realized that the massage chair and foot soak did a lot just in terms of stress reduction and relaxation. Plus, $ 35 for a mani+pedi didn’t seem to bad. Once, however, the women doing my nails cut my cuticles so short that 8 of 10 fingers bled; she put the sanitizer on without warning me it may burn, but at least it stopped the bleeding… until I got home and another ripped open.
What I find disappointing about Regal Nails is that yeah, it’s cheap, but it lacks. I feel like they’re always in a huge hurry, and the work suffers as a result. When I’m in Chicago I can get a mani-​pedi for $ 35 where it’s much more thorough and high quality; yes, I realize it’s in a different place, but it seems silly that in a city of 3 million I can get better services for the same price… and everyone blames big cities for being expensive.
This is «A-​OK» for State College, because I haven’t found better. It would get 2 stars in another place.

One of the better, reasonably priced nail salons. 85% of the time I’m extremely happy with the results, when I’m not I go back and they fix it to make me happy. Still recommend them 100% to anyone looking for decently priced, good quality nails in State College.

This nail salon is inside of Walmart… but before you judge… try it out — its actually a great place — they give awesome pedicures, and amazing foot massages! My favorite thing to do is to drop my car at Walmart’s Tire & Lube for an oil change, and instead of sitting in their dirty waiting room or spending $$ at Walmart… I get a pedicure. my husband calls it a «pedi-​lube» what could be better?
