The drinks here are ok… The low rating is due to customer service. I don’t think they are understaffed but for some reason the drinks always take too long. One time my drink was next to the window but the guy at the drive through window kept talking to other people and it takes him another five min to see it. I only go to this place because it’s the closest one next to my house.

I know Starbucks is Starbucks by what distinguishes this establishment is the staff. They are extremely young. «So What» you might say! Well, with youth also comes enthusiasm. At least in this case. Kelsey served me and service with a smile goes a long way in my book. Coffee was also very good as one would expect from Starbucks. When I’m back in the area and in need of a caffeine fix, I’ll definitely be going there.

I usually use the drive thur in the morning and the service is always great especially Freddy, who is just so bubble, makes my day. But I came in the evening to study and there was no greeting, there were 5 people stand around talking, looked at me and did not say one word. 5 minutes later the person who was helping drive thur said hi we will be right with you. 2 minutes later someone took my order. No apologies. Worse customer service. I see why no one really stays at this location.

I understand when a Starbucks is busy, but when you have 4 people taking orders and just one person making the drinks it’s ridiculous. Also when you are making drinks first for employees siting on break over a customer that is bad service. It took over 10 mins to get a drink.

What is up with this location? I thought the music is the same at all locations… trying to relax AT8:05AM in morning for a few minutes here but tough with very loud rap and similar music BLARING!!! Did i mention 8:00am! Never experienced this unrelaxing environment at any of the other 10+ locations I stop at. Employees appear way overloaded with drive– through, so service is expectedly slower than typical. Ok Starbucks… you’ve been doing a great job getting rid of the laptop-hobos lately with taking out all comfortable seats at most locations, putting on blaring music in morning, etc… it is really working! It’s allowing me to experience more coffee bean locations. Thank you!

Unilocal Challenge 2016 *update* 26⁄116 Feel like my time here has been like a roller coaster over the past 8 years with a lot of downhills and bumps along the way. For a few years it was great. Then not so great. But Finally towards the end of 2015 it has been nothing but uphill. The entire morning staff is wonderful. Super duper friendly. Yea, this spot does get busy sometimes, and it can take a while for your order. But most of the time I am in and out in a few minutes. They do mobile orders here, but I’ve never tried it. Most of the stuff I order is not on the menu. I do a lot of customized stuff, adding shots, flavors, ect. I usually switch between shots of expresso over ice, or dark roast with steamed cream. My Flat White or Latte Machiato with extra shots are usually perfectly dotted. The new Staff are always accomondating. If my travel mug needs to be rinsed out, no problem. Super patient when my mobile application is out of synch and Im digging for my card. When they run out of dark roast they offer to make me a pour over. Pastry shelf is usually well stocked. Lots of choices to go with your morning brew. The merchandise shelf is small but they still manage to stock a decent supply of mugs, travel cups, Kcups, French press, in the small space. Awesome sales too. Seating here can accommodate one large group and a few smaller groups. Single spaces are also available. Free WiFi and high tech charging ports free of charge. So parking can suck. Especially if that Dominoes pizza truck is delivering supplies. They take up the entire front lot and block the entrance. Super lame! There are a few homeless that hang out outside at times, but usually they keep to themselves. Happy to see the staff here is finally back on track! Thanks guys and gals! Thumbs up.

Everyone inside is great !! Drinks was good, it was fast even though they were very busy. Beware shady people hanging in front of Starbucks .I’ve seen people ask for change but I’ve never seen someone ask for a slice of pizza as they were leaving dominos.

Probably one of THEEEE slowest drive thru ever but it’s the closest one to me and on the way to work so I’m just going to have to deal. Idk why exactly this location is always poppin at all hours thru out the day and night but unfortunately it is. So maybe that’s why they’re out of a lot of the drinks esp during the day. SOANNOYING! Tell me that the baristas are somewhat of a moron that has a hearing deficiency bc it makes no sense that they mess up half the time smh. Get it together ppl this is suppose to be a drive thru meaning 15 – 20 min wait is ridiculous. Again, this is the closest and otw to my work so shrugs

Good lord — someone wisened up and put some boys on staff here. Much better — drinks come out faster, service seems more up beat, and everyone working here seems happier. Clientele is still mostly the same(lol), but I am much happier coming into a place with a happier vibe to it. Oh, and it seems like their food case is better stocked! Better for my taste buds, not so good for my waist line ;)

02÷18÷16 *Updated for new year* Once again, I give them the benefit of the doubt. Their service has either gotten a teeny tiny bit faster or I have just gotten used to the wait. This morning in drive thru about 5:20am I ordered my usual stuff and added a breakfast sandwich. Right before I left, I asked the barista if she had any of those Sriracha packets for my sandwich. Her response was, «Not right next to me.» Um.okay? I was the only one in DT. You could’ve went and gotten it from wherever the hell it was. Horrible customer service no matter the time of day. I’d stop going here, but it’s right across the street from where I need to be. Sigh. New Year, Same crappy service. *UPDATE* 10÷11÷15 Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to my gf’s work. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt but, instead I bumped down my rating to 1star.(Since there is not an option for no stars). I’m in the drive thru right now, it is 11:10am. Let’s see how long it takes me to get up to the speaker! 11:25am! There are only two cars in front of me before the speaker! Blasphemy! I think this is the longest review I’ve ever typed up. I’m still not at the window to pay for my two drinks. Finally got my drink by 11:34am — Of all the times I’ve ordered from here, they are always taking forever! I mean, I understand the demands of people making their orders complicated, but wow. The drive thru is one I try to avoid. I ordered two drinks. There was only two cars in front of me. The first car took about 5min. Next car took a total of 10min. Apparently they kept getting her order wrong. By the time they got to me I had been waiting for over 15min. In the drive thru! I’m sure if they do line-times, that is a pretty long time to have a car waiting. I appreciated the barista(more so on the feminine side [:) who had apologized. He was very sweet and I told him I understood. So my next experience: I usually never write reviews but I just ordered about Five minutes ago. They had over six cars in the drive thru. I decided to go inside. Baristas were talking to each other more than they were working. I understand communicating with your coworkers is going to be a given, but when it starts affecting your work. You either need to learn how to multi-task or stop talking to your coworkers while doing other stuff(making drinks). Because I’m sure that party you are all talking about hitting up won’t be so fun if you lose your job. I know a lot of baristas at various Starbucks locations, but they know how to work and talk at the same time. The baristas here basically have to cognitive stop working on their drinks and talk to one another. I’m sure if they learned how to tone it down they would get up to speed. Also I had asked a barista for a sleeve for one of my drinks and she had given it to me. However when I asked for another for my second drink she didn’t acknowledge me. So I had to ask her again. She didn’t bother to say anything to me. She just threw the sleeve across the counter and expected me to be ok with that. That really irritated me. Please don’t take this the wrong way if you work here, think of it as constructive criticism because this work ethic is so mediocre.

Been here twice before both negative experience thought I give me a third and last chance and still negative! Ordered 2 drinks, 1 was wrong size and 1 was wrong drink! And when they fixed it they made the drinks wrong, 1 was bitter and 1 was all kinds of wrong. Never had a bad experience with starbucks but this store sucks big time

Slow slow slow… to the manager you need more employees. The wait time is off the hook. I hate bad reviews but if you are just looking for a quick couple shots this is not the place to be 10 minutes now no drink

Props to drive-thru barista(baristo?) Seyler(?) for providing great customer service. He knows how to take care of customers when thrown a curve ball. For example, when I was sick, I was looking for the best drink to soothe my cold symptoms and he suggested the Medicine Ball. That is now a must-have for me when I feel a sore throat starting up. And today, I was jonesing for my overdue Green Tea Lemonade fix but they ran out of lemonade. I wasn’t wanting anything else, so he suggested to substitute the lemonade with strawberry juice. I was kinda hesitant about it, but went along with it anyway. And I’m really glad that I got the drink comp’d at checkout, because I wasn’t really a fan of that combo. But still glad I tried something new. This location gets the job done when you need a Starbucks drink. But sometimes they can be pretty slow. One time their drive thru machine was broke the whole day and they said they didn’t know when it would be fixed.

Atmosphere: Casual. Normally this location is pretty messy. I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location, they staff is either rude, slow, or straight out ignores you. Do not go to this location if you are ordering more than 1 drink, they literally can’t handle it. The staff even treats each other bad.

I’ve never had such a bad experience elsewhere except for this location… they have made my orders wrong so many times before and even argued back and gave me a dirty look. I never wrote a review because it was a different person who took my order did not write the correct item on my drink! So when the person who made my drink gave me a dirty look, even AFTER the one at the cashier confirmed that it was his fault, I just ignored it. The reason why I’m writing this review today is for my birthday. I went to claim a reward and even confirmed it with the«barrista» that I would like to claim it, BEFORE I put in my order, and DURING when I paid for my drinks… she looked at me and said it’s been applied… Venti green tea frap Grande Caramel macchiato Venti strawberry tea …total was $ 12.05 Would someone please tell me where was my birthday reward applied to…
