Five Guys Burgers and Fries

It’s a 5 Guys. Pretty typical except they got these new Coke machines where you can mix your drink with an app. It’s awesome! I love it. I almost want to come here regularly just so I mix my own soda drinks!

Love this place. The food is always perfect & fast. All of the employees are awesome here!

Again, Five Guys burgers are greasy and grimy! The condiments fall out of the buns and there is just nothing there which ever desires me to become a returnee to Five Guys.
Across the way, and a little down the street from them, is a Habit Burger. It is mobbed and their burgers could truly be deemed a habit.
When driving by it, I can see why it is called Five Guys – since there are only five guys (or girls) inside.

Cajun fries are super tasty and the a cheese burger with some mushrooms was my personal favorite. I love love love the soda machine make your own soda for a big time soda lover is the best thing ever. And they have complimentary peanuts which i thought was kinda weird but its something different. Will come back soon

Not a big fan of Five Guys, but was running short at lunch time. Stopped by close to 12 noon, and hardly anyone in the place.
Located in a strip mall, Knott Avenue and Katella. I’ve seen a couple of restaurants in this location, come and go. This place use to be busy before The Habit moved in across the street.
Only thing I really enjoy is grabbing peanuts, that they have in barrels. Don’t like the lighting in the place, a bit dark.

My first time to a Five Guys… The cashier was very nice and friendly as were the other employees we came in contact with. The location was really clean — we had to use the restrooms and those were very clean as well! The option to have peanuts while you wait was a fun change up (especially for my kids), but holy smokes. We paid over $ 30 for 2 burgers, 1 hot dog, 2 small fries and 3 regular drinks. I felt like that was pretty pricey and I wasn’t all that blown away by my burger. I was conflicted — on one hand I really like all of the condiment options (at no additional charge) but I didn’t feel the burger had much flavor at all. In the end, I’d eat here again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice

We stopped here at 9:55 for a quick bite after a long long day of #squaredancing and fun at Knott’s Berry Farm.
They waved us on and locked up.

Good place great burger taste so good I’m always fan of five guys burger, the best burger for me

The burgers here are really good because they are cooked to perfection… however, what separates them from the field is the toppings that you can use to customize your burger! If you want sit down quality burgers… Five Guys is a joint you need to try. The best «fast food» burger is still In N Out, but, Five guys is a contender for one of the best burger joints that doesn’t have a drive thru.

Amazing customer service here. The employees went above and beyond to accommodate my son’s dairy allergy, and did it with a smile on their faces and not one moment of irritation. I’ve rarely had similar experiences even at restaurants that advertise as allergy friendly. I’m so so so impressed to be accommodated like this in a restaurant that certainly did not have to take the time out of their day to do so. Bravo!

AMAZING food and AMAZING customer service!
Out of the 3 Five Guys locations I’ve eaten at, this one blew me away with how great the customer service was! Usually when I go they greet me and take my order and that’s it, but here I left smiling and laughing and very satisfied! The manager was very friendly and kind. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the food and the experience tonight for dinner!

After spending the afternoon biking, we decided to stop by Five Guys for just a quick fries fix! Got their cajun seasoned fries and ohhhh my were they delicious! Hit the spot! We had asked what their sizes looked like and the small looked too small, the medium not enough, so went with the large… well the carton was filled along with half the bag! The guy totally hooked it up! Was fantastic!

Love the fun do attitude AND the food! Staff is friendly and know how to work as a team to get your food out to you in a timely matter. Clean and has the new soda machine with the tea machine as well. Good food. Especially the burger!
