I reordered my prescription lenses from Dr Wong’s and Associates. I had gone to them last year and I liked the prescription they gave me. So when I reordered the lenses, it almost took more than 2 weeks and nothing arrived. I called the receptionist inquiring about the order and she told me its still in the shipment and will reach me by the next 2 days. When I called after 3 days she said there was some confusion and they were never even ordered in the first place!!! I lost it as I really needed my lenses.
I was very upset and complained to Dr Wong explaining the whole situation. He apologized for the confusion, and he not only gave me free shipping but also 20% off on the entire order with 2 – 3 days express shipping!
I received my shipment as stated. I am happy he addressed to my problem and took matters in his hands.
