I’m very disappointed with the process to order items. A few weeks ago I ordered a pie with a request time to pick it up and it was not there (it comes from their other location) so they were nice enough to deliver it to my apt. Shame on me for giving them a second chance because I just ordered a pie for Rosh Hashana with a specific request for 10am pick-​up (I even explained to the girl taking my order what had happened to me before and emphasized the need for it to be available at requested time) and sure enough, it wasn’t ready! Unacceptable. If you’re going to offer this service, you need to be timely. They need to fine-​tune their process for deliveries from one store to another. Their pastries are absolutely delicious but unfortunately their customer service has left me with a bad impression to order items from them in the future.

Thrilled about the new location of Di Mare’s downtown on spring street just off of bedford.
I used to drive to their old location in springdale. The convenience of this new location is fantastic. The pastries are as good as ever.
It’s an inexpensive and convenient way to indulge your sweet tooth in Stamford with really no better options in the area. …other than the gelato next door. (They have a doorway now that connects volta and di mare’s and you can enjoy your pastries in volta if you like).
The pastries are fantasically fresh, light and delectable. The selection has a nice variety, including everything from breads, cookies, bite sized pastries and cakes.
