I typically enjoy Wendy’s. Being new to the area, I decided to stop by and pick up my 2016 frosty tag. Everything was slightly under room temperature. One of my children threw up. All three of them took bites and spit them out. I thought they were being silly until I tried my own. A waste of time and money. By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.

This Wendy’s doesn’t participate in the 4 for $ 4.00. Ugh. The cashier seem to be new but she was sweet. Got food and the bun was cold and burger was luck warm. The fries were cold too. This Wendy’s is known to be slow in their drive thru. It is true they are always slow. It is always disappointing when you go to this Wendy’s. They need better training on customer service and speed and they also can you warm your buns so they are not so cold.

Poor service with orders. Three order mistakes while I was here including mine. Don’t normally rate a chain fast food place but had to say this one is not up to a standard. With all the other options on Garrisonville road you would think they would try to do it right. Oh well. Last visit for me here.

The Wendy’s in Stafford seems to be typical of the Davco franchises in the area: Dirty, run down, staff who seem like they want to be anywhere but there, slow service, the food is either dried out or cold like it’s been sitting around. Wendy’s Corporate should either force the owner of Davco to invest in his restaurants or relinquish his franchise agreement. Poorly run franchises like the one in Stafford Virginia, reflect badly on the Wendy’s brand.

Picked up food for myself and a few of my co-workers today for lunch and it was absolutely awful. The food given to me straight out of the window was cold, with stale buns… So gross. One of the ‘BACON’ater burgers had maybe a half a piece of bacon on it. As if the food wasn’t bad enough the service was also unacceptable. Granted it’s just a fast food burger stop but there still has to be some type of decent customer service offered, however this particular Wendy’s had none. We also called the store afterwards and they were extremely rude and wanted us to drive the food all the way back after I just took up our lunch break to fight traffic to go pick it up! Absolutely unacceptable.

The Health Department needs to close this Wendy’s down! I walked out. One poor guy trying to take care of customers by himself. Place was dirty! People were irritated by lack of service! We will never stop there again!

This place always gets the food wrong! It’s so frustrating. Also it looks so dirty on the inside. They need to remodel or have a deep cleaning. Good food… But it’d be nice if I got my food order correct. & my fries? Cmon that’s all you give? It was ½ full. The gave me pickles instead of onion & that sad ketchup. Ugh. Disappointing.

We visited this Wendy’s in May 2014 at 1:15PM. In their favor: The food was fresh and hot. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and baked potato. They made it to order for me. My husband had a Spicy Chicken sandwich and fries. His was great, too. Cons: It was hard to find a clean table in the dining room(and it is large). The person who took my husband’s order kept calling him«man» and«boss» as well as other customers that were his elders. What happened to «sir» when you represent the front of the house in business? Was he trained as how to address his customers? The tables were dirty, the trash overflowing and we couldn’t add any more, and in the bathroom someone had stuffed their bags of trash in the toilet(maybe because they were angry about the overflowing trash cans in the dining room?). I told the manager about food bags in the toilet and he laughed and said, «Really?» They did a great job on the food, but the place was just NOT clean and the staff was disrespectful in the way they addressed customers. We had to give less than average marks for that reason. To the manager: Set expectations for cleanliness in your eatery, and a rotation so the tables get cleaned, trash taken out, and restrooms cleaned and checked. Train your employees about how to talk to their customers and hold them accountable.

Slowest Wendy’s I have ever been to. They take one order at a time then finish filling that order before they acknowledge the next guest. I waited in line for half an hour for ‘fast’ food. Avoid this place.(And this was at 3pm, not even the lunch rush!)

Of all the fast food places, Wendy’s is the best of the worst. When I get that horrible craving for 1500 calories in one sitting, I head to Wendy’s. This location is pretty good. Nothing special here. Clean, fast, friendly.
