McDonald’s

I feel like I shouldn’t even have to review a McDonalds because my experience is pretty much the same at all of them. This McDonalds is particular though, I always experience problems. My last visit was the one that pushed me over the edge though. I ordered my food at 9:14: 1 McDouble Meal with an Egg Nogg Shake. Over 5 minutes had passed before the cashier mentioned their shake machine was not working, so the manager had offered a Smoothie instead — which I agreed to. I got a ¾ full smoothie, smh. I continued to wait, and wait, while only 2 more customers came in and got their food. It wasn’t until 9:45 that I had received my food. This is an extreme situation but very frequently it takes close to 10 minutes for an order.
If you’re a late bird, good luck with the service past 11pm. Some very rude employees, and be prepared to stand at the register waiting to order while no one wants to ring you up.
The physical image of the store is fine though, they usually have an employee cleaning tables or floors at all times. Ketchup and Sweet Tea are usually out of order more than half of the time though.

Horrible, slow, distracted, uncaring, unmotivated service. Thanks again McDonalds for stooping to meet expectations. Food is predictable and not all that inviting, so having a poor experience is intolerable. Want to know why your profits are down? Look no further than this location for a reality check.
Staff was completely unprepared to deal with a 10:20pm rush and a simultaneous truck delivery. I waited 5 minutes to order inside, the cashier rolled his eyes at me, made me repeat things I already answered, and still entered my eat in order as to go. A hint, maybe? And NO ketchup or salt and pepper out for customers! The ketchup pump was dry…

Stopped here on the way home to Hampton Roads. I had a craving for a Steak and Cheese Bagel. The sandwich was warm and tasty but it was put together kind of sloppily. Service here was speedy and the associates were pleasant.

Ok food, but horrible service and disgusting ice tea.

It’s McDonald’s, what do you expect? My kids like the oatmeal and raisins though, so we let them order that.

Came through at around 6am. Undercooked hash browns and completely burnt Sausage McMuffin. The drive-​thru cashier was a sweetheart though. The cooks obviously weren’t actually awake.

DON’T GO HERE!!! They FREQUENTLY get the order wrong, they are slower than molasses going uphill on a hot day, and their play area is dirty. The renovations they invested in this place was just putting lipstick on a pig. We have gotten cold, soggy fries and DEFINITELY don’t go here near late hours — the service gets WORSE. This one is the most convenient one for me and I will drive waaaaay down to the one near North Stafford High School because they ROCK! I’m writing another review on them and it will be polar opposite of this one. THEY SUCK!
