Ordered Sushi To-​Go for the office. It was horrible! I couldn’t even eat it.
I will never order sushi from here again.

Horrible service and food was bland, considering their prices. We only went here because we live in Stafford however we will never be back we would rather continue to drive south to OTANIS then to waste our money here.

Love love love Kobe and the staff. This place is amazing. The food is perfect, the service is great. I highly recommend Kobe and will keep going back multiple times a week. Everyone I bring here falls in love and leave full and happy.

We love the food! Usually skip the hibachi and sit in the bar area with Tammy the bar tender. Always a good time with great drinks and amazing sushi!

Very good! One of our regular spots! Anything from the hibachi is good chicken, steak, lobster… all of it. One thing you must get is the sweet carrots! Yum! Sushi here is always fresh as well.

SO GOOD! I ordered take out from this spot a few nights ago and everything was fabulous!
I had the Hibachi Ribeye Steak dinner and the steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly!
The rice was the best I’ve had from any Hibachi restaurant and the portion was plenty!
WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTURANT FOR HIBACHI!

Hate that you have to wait for the table to fill up before the food can start cooking but it’s worth the wait.
Love that there were large screen TV’s showing football games and bar was easily accessible.

I have always had very good experiences here. The show is pretty good, though once you’ve seen it a couple of times it gets a little stale. The food is amazing. I have eaten here at least a dozen times and have never had a bad time. The fried rice is the greatest I’ve had. Check em out, but be prepared to spend some $$.

Kobe is a great place for birthdays, or special occasions. its has a great atmosphere, wonderful food and great costumer service. The only thing i don’t care much for is their salad, i think they could improve on their salad dressing, but other than that i think its worth every penny.

The Food and the service are top notch here. We are from out of town but usually try to stop here for dinner on our way through as often as time will permit. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that likes Japanese steak houses.

Not always the best service, but the food is so good you can let that slide! My regular go-​to meal is the hibachi new York sirloin. All their hibachi entrees come with an amazing fried rice, sautéed zucchini, onions, mushrooms and your meat of choice. You are first given a bowl of onion soup that more often than not, has thinly sliced mushroom and green onions floating in it, and a small salad with a chunky ginger dressing. I eat neither, but I have strict dietary requirements and can’t have too much vitamin K. Tonight I had the sesame chicken, which is flavored with a squeeze of lemon– it was actually rather dry tonight, but I can’t hold it against them, there was a tornado warning and the hardest of rainfalls and thunderstorms going on, which may have distracted the cook. I personally hate sitting at the hibachi grill, because they always try to toss food into my mouth and I can’t catch, so I always sit in a booth at the sushi bar. Their sushi is mediocre, but I’m very picky about sushi. Our shrimp tempura roll tonight had only the shrimp and roe. It usually has avocado and a drizzle of eel sauce, but it was still okay. My date’s entrée of lobster, shrimp and filet mignon was fantastic although a bit salty — I hate salt. Best restaurant in Stafford county, for sure!

We went there for a party on Friday. Reservation was easy (recommended for a large party). Food was good and service was ok. Sushi is decent, I am very picky about it since I lived in Japan. Since our sushi was going to take a while for the amount of orders, they took care of our drinks which was nice.

We really like coming here! Both the hibachi and the booth tables are great. The sushi is good too and I stick to that most times and my spouse does the hibachi food. Service is good and attentive. Not always lively or wicked fun but always tastes good :)

How is this place still in business? I’ve purchased food here twice and from those two experiences I would rather starve to death than ever try to eat their food again.
The first time I went here we ate at the hibachi grill. I ordered chicken which the cook mixed with someone else’s chicken livers– YUCK! I tired to eat it anyway but it was too over cooked and tasted like he had dropped it in a sewer. It actually made me gag. I thought about asking them to not charge me for the chicken and just pay for a vegetarian meal but it wasn’t worth the hassle or embarrassment. When they came to clean up our plates it was clear I had eaten NOTHING off my plate and she had the nerve to ask me for a box? Wow.
Fast forward months later, I’m hungry at lunchtime and all I brought to work was chicken because at 6am I forgot it was Friday in Lent (no meat). Anyway I thought maybe their sushi chef was better than their hibachi cooks. I thought wrong. We all ordered different meals and picked it up. Turns out they packaged other people’s hot meals with my sushi meal. Smart thinking because I got room temperature sushi. Gross! I tried a few bites of it hoping the food was cold enough and the good news is their sushi will give your jaw a workout. Their seaweed is easily three times as thick as anyone else’s and you will be chewing FOREVER! Gross! Seaweed has such a strong smell and flavor that you don’t want them using half an inch thick pieces. What is wrong with these people? I picked it apart to just eat the avocado and cream cheese but they both had this very strong salty and acidic taste. I can only assume they were several days old. My lunch came with a salad which I thought would at least be edible. Once again, I thought wrong. The ginger dressing looks and tastes like it was made 3 weeks ago.
Why are these people still in business? Stop giving them your money for crappy food in return! Seriously, if McDonalds made sushi, it would be better than this. They don’t even deserve 1 star but Unilocal apparently things they deserve at least 1 for being open. Next time I will just burn in hell for eating meat on a Friday during Lent.

I have been here twice. One time for a date night and one time with friends. Both times were positive experiences. I like the shrimp and filet hibachi. The service was good. Their wine selection wasn’t my favorite but it’s alright. Overall, this is a fun place to visit. They seem to have a lot of regulars.

I love this place. Every time my parents come into town we eat here and the food is always on point! I’ve never had a bad experience!

I’ve been here many times, tonight I went to celebrate my sisters birthday and my girlfriends purse got stole. This happens everywhere good or bad areas but the staff was extremely helpful in retrieve her personal belongings and stayed hours after closing time to assist!
On that the food is amazing and I love the yum yum sauce!!! I ALWAYS get the chicken filet mignon and shrimp. The steak is always cooked perfect! Pricing is average for hibachi highly recommend!!!

Normally one of my favorites, but Chef Ken was not enthusiastic or gregarious at all…

Just found this place and LOVE it! We love good sushi & it is not easy to find but KOBE has it. We will be regulars while we live in Stafford for sure~
