Burger King

Pretty disgusted with finding dirty shoe prints on the front AND back of my French fry bag. I noticed AFTER I finished my fries because I left it in the bag. How and why was this stepped on multiple times and still used? That’s my last visit for sure…

Customer service is a big miss. This is only the second time I visited this Burger King for the lunch menu, and it was the first time I did not wait over 15 minutes. On this visit, I used the drive-​thru to order a sandwich, which was well assembled and tasted good. Ordering is easy but there is just one speaker. There were three cars ahead of me, and I waited a total of three minutes. I paid and received my order at the same window, which was strange since there was a second window that was just not in use, and during a lunch rush.
The problem with this location is the management. The female manager screams, not shouts or speaks loudly, but screams at her employees. There are some sweet and kind cashiers, and they look terrified of her. I heard her screaming in the grill area from my car. She is extremely rude, as I have interacted with her before. It is surprising that employees return to work every day.
The outside of the restaurant is well kept and full of bushes and plants. Parking is limited compared to other stores, but this location is on a less popular intersection. It is difficult to pull out of the drive-​thru and turn right on Dairy Ashford (you cannot turn left due to the median). It is also difficult to enter the parking lot or drive-​thru if you are heading north on Dairy Ashford. Unfortunately, the corner that the store is on can’t be helped at this point.
Overall, the biggest issue with this location is the manager and how she treats employees and customers. I would not recommend this location to friends.

Super clean Burger King. They are also really quick. I do not eat meat or fast food but my kids enjoy Burger King every now and again and this one is always quick service and a clean environment. Pretty decent for a burger king.

Good customer service and eating in store was not as uncomfy as it first once was.

They need to speed up their service, I waited 6 minute just to have my order taken and there wasn’t even a line. I work nearby so I’ve eaten here due to the close proximity but always end up have an unnecessary wait. I will say the quality of the food is always nothing short of «great» but the wait isn’t up to «fast food» standards!

One question…
Is it THAT HARD to melt AMERICAN CHEESE onto my croissanwich? Y u do dis borger king???
There is nothing I love more in the morning than a questionably delicious sausage and cheese croissanwich. Where’s the egg you ask? Fast food eggs are very likely made out of sponges and packaging peanuts… you can keep that.
Well, at the Burger King on West Airport and Dairy Ashford, they seem to think that people like American cheese at room temperature. WRONG! The same goes for my Whopper w/​cheese, which by the way, doesn’t come with Whopper sauce anymore at any BK. The croissanwich is almost good enough to take home and heat up for 10 seconds… but the anger that ensues when I first unwrap my half hot half cold breakfast sandwich drives me to madness like Jack Nicholson in the Shining.
The one good thing about this BK is it has a good… atmosphere? Decorated with all different kinds of couches, chairs, student desks, and stools. A play room for kids that even has free touch screen games. Top 40s and electronic music blasting from the outside speakers. But I don’t go to BK to hang out… so, that being the case… I’d like to give this BK one middle finger for ruining my mornings… I mean one star.

I typically like to grab a quick bite here when I crave burgers and fries. It’s not gourmet, but hey it fulfills my fast food cravings all the time.

I get it — Burger King isn’t a stellar place, but why is it great to go now? $.50 soft serve ice cream cones! I saw the billboard as I was heading home and couldn’t resist. The ice cream above the cone is about 4 inches, so it’s a decent size too! You’ll have to wait forever in the drive-​thru, but it’s totally worth it!

As far as fast food goes, BK is one of the few places I like. I’m not a fan of McDonald’s, so for the few times I want a quick burger this BK is a place I go. I’ve had no problems with anything here. The food is consistent and service is friendly. The only con is the drive thru line can be slow from 7 – 8 am. Or it was on the rare occasions I’ve gone for breakfast.
