GP Cleaners

I was very disappointed in my experience. I had recently moved to the area and was looking for a new place to take my dry cleaning.
At first the gentleman at the store was very nice and very helpful. I dropped it off on Friday and was told to pick it up anytime after 6 on Monday. Unfortunately, when I went to go pick it up, I had to wait in my car for 2 hours. Turns out that he works with other dry cleaning places and they all send their dry cleaning to one place.
They do the dry cleaning there and drive it back, but they had some issues with the employees which I understand. Still, I feel as though instead of making me wait two hours outside the store, he could have just said he would give me a call when it came instead of, «oh, it’ll be just 5 more minutes… just wait 5 more minutes.»
When I did receive my clothes, I just received a half-​hearted, «I’m sorry» but he was very quick to take my payment.
It may have been a fluke incident but the how the customer service handled it was disappointing. Sadly, I’ll be looking elsewhere for a weekly dry cleaners.

Great customer service, and always satisfied with the work done. Always have my clothes how I like them. Also compare to other dry cleaners, gp cleaners always takes out the spots and stains from your clothes.

so happy to have finally found this cleaners! The prices are great, and the customer service
is excellent! Definitely recommended for anyone who lives in the area!
