Even though this is a pizza place the WINGS are amazing!

Used to be a good pizza for a good price. Same pizza higher prices. I’ll go elsewhere.

I have been an exceptional tipper for deliveries from this franchise for years. Lately I have been having negative experiences. Today I received a pizza that was less than luke warm. The look of the delivery man’s face gave it away though I did not process the give away until I put my hand on the first slice. I have had 3 bad experiences in the last two months with this franchise and I am nearing my wits end.
If Al Qaeda were delivered the pizza I was delivered, they would cease jihad against democracy, put down their guns, and devote millions in R&D to determining how a pizza could develop frost on a 70 degree day in Florida while on the 1.23 mile trip to my apartment.
*** and in perhaps the most unbelievable update I could provide, I received two phone calls hours later, the latter of which was calling to tell me that the delivery man was attempting to deliver food to my door. I assume this was some ill advised attempt at an apology, but I was fresh out of the shower and unable to run downstairs to retrieve my «apology» food. When I returned the phone call, I was surprised to learn that they inquired why I did not respond to their calls because I ordered food from them. I explained that I ordered food hours ago, and after being placed on hold, received an apology for bothering me at night because they got their orders mixed up. I expressed my frustration with vitriol that did not span into vulgarity whilst also including disclaimers that the person on the other end of the phone was obviously not personally responsible, but as a consumer, I had not been as disappointed in an establishment in years and years.
I dare Westshore to post my purchase history for the past seven years from this establishment and my gratuity rate.

Great pizza and awesome wings. Watch out the spiciest sauce is pretty hot even for those who can tolerate heat. Don’t forget the zeppoles for dessert.

I have been to this location many times in the past and do not recall any issues. I did just go here again tonight and was still very satisfied. The menu has defiantly grown significantly since my last visit years ago. The staff were very friendly to me and being a NY Style pizza joint I feel it was great. Pricing is pretty good. I did knock down a star because of the location. Im not saying its not clean it certainly seems to be from the outside but it definitely seems disorganized. Im never a fan of the joints that have pre made boxes especially when they are stacked to the ceiling. It makes you wonder how clean they are plus attracts insects. I think the main entrance could be polished up pretty easily and reorganized which would gain some visual appeal to customers especially those whom were scared off in the past from issues. Keep it up guys you have a great product! Now lets make it shine!

Health code violation after health code violation. Don’t eat here, it’s ran by a bunch of children who like to play games with people’s food. I’ve heard stories of pizza sauce being mixed up in the mop bucket and some other craziness. The good employees quit because management doesn’t do anything about the bad ones that tamper with food. There’s too many other pizza spots to bother with this one.

It seems the crust or something is different then it was before the re-​branding, something is off. The pizza used to be pretty good but now not as good. It is not just this location but seemed the same at the Westshore location too. I think the switch to more universal product has made it kind of blah

I really liked Westshore Pizza, but they have deplorable business policies. If they send you the wrong order entirely, a refund is not an option. Don’t expect to ever be able to get your money back if they screw up. I was a very loyal customer, but never again.

This pizza is one of the better places for pizza in Tampa! The pizza is so fresh, the crust is so soft and and warm… the only downfall is that they have very little sauce on the pizza… I felt like it was cheese and bread, though it was good, just wish it has more tomato sauce! Id’ go here again!

Pretty good pizza. Standard NY style but it’s better than most I’ve tried around here. For a chain pizza place, it’s definitely the best around. Cheese sticks are pretty damn good too and staff is cool.

This Westshore Pizza is kind of like a high school class with a substitute teacher. It seems like it’s just a bunch of teenagers running the place with little to no management. One time I placed a pickup order and they LOST my pizza. After waiting forever to get the pizza, they started looking around and questioning each other, and no one knew where the pizza went. Delivery guy didn’t take it but the cook said he made it. Got my money back and went elsewhere.
I can’t order online because my zip isn’t listed on the website even though they deliver here…
When I call for delivery and the person on the phone is answering 2 or 3 calls while they’re talking to me. Then I have to repeat everything I said because they were answering another line.
The food is decent when you get it, but it usually takes a lot to get to that point. Also, there is no dine in at this location. Just take out and delivery.

Westshore is the only place in central Florida that makes a Pizza Steak the way I like it. I admit, I have NEVER had their pizza! I will try it someday, I just love Pizza Steaks (I’m from South Jersey) and I thought I was out of luck when I moved. I’ve tried several locations of WS — this is my current homebase. If I want a steak sandwich and all the sides delivered to my door, Westshore is my default setting
