They call this a specialty pizza? For $ 16.00 you would expect more than a $ 5.00 little cesar hot n ready. Does anyone have extra rolaids?

I haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut in years and now I remember why. It’s terrible!!! They put hardly any sauce. Really? How much can that possibly cost? The pizza is dry! And you can count the skimpy toppings. It’s amazing there still in business. With all the great pizza places here in St Petersburg, I don’t know why I ordered there. Never again.

I’ve reached out 3 times to this pizza hut, they did give me a credit, but they will not take online prices
1st time: pizza undercooked, wings undercooked
A manager said she would give me a credit, and she did not. I forget her name, it began with a A
2nd time: pizza undercooked and boneless wings were like a piece of rubber.
3rd time: pizza was overcooked and wings were like rubber again, I contacted a manager to tell them about the problem, he gave me a credit for a pizza, and asked me to give them another chance.
This is the 4th and final complaint,
Under cooked pizza and very very dry /​old wings… I’m not calling the store again I will just share my review
And I will never get delivery from this store again

I used to hate Pizza Hut, but one night I was in the mood for cheese in my crust (get your mind out of the gutter). Got a pepperoni stuffed crust and it was so good! So good, in fact, that I’ve ordered it multiple times since then. One time I ordered extra pepperoni, the guy working there looked at it, said there wasn’t enough on there, so they made me a brand new one. Great customer service. The only reasons I won’t give it five stars is because the mozzarella sticks are pretty gross (chemical tasting) and because it’s Pizza Hut. I refuse to give a chain pizza place five stars; I just wouldn’t be able to live with myself.

We always have problems with this Pizza Hut. We ordered two sets of different wings (boneless and traditional) and a p’zone last ngiht. When it arrived 15 minutes after the time we were told, we received cheese bread instead of the p’zone and our wings that were supposed to be boneless had bones. When I called the girl told me that she did the order and it was right and then put me on hold. She came back and said they would send the correct food out to us. When the driver arrived 45 minutes later all he had was the p’zone. No wings! He added a credit to our account, but things similar to this happen almost every time with this location. The only reason we keep ordering from here is because they have more options for wings than most pizza places.
