This company is very reliable and easy to work with. I have a rental house that needed HVAC maintenance and they made the process as simple as possible. I called them to let them know the issue and gave my tenant Total Comfort’s number so she could schedule the maintenance at a convenient time for her. When the service call was complete, the technician called to let me know it was finished and the total charge. If he would have found any surprises, he would have called for my authorization prior to completing any work. They arrive at the scheduled time, will call ahead to let you know they are on their way and are always professional when at the residence. I highly recommend Total Comfort.

This company is as GOOD AS IT GETS!
We had an entire HVAC System installed with a air filtration and humidifier installed.
No high pressure sales. Bill (sales rep) came out to our house twice to answer additional questions.
Professional and knowledgeable.
Process from start to finish was professional.
In this industry you can come across shady companies and characters and this company is NOT one of them. They are one of the good guys.
We are 100% satisfied with the system, company and overall process.
I will not recommend any other company for your heating and cooling system needs.
