I had a great experience with a broken iPhone glass. I am not certain if this is the most challenging of repairs but they were reasonable quick to take care of the issue and the charge seemed reasonable.

This Foxpaw hub is awesome. I wrote an email, Carla responded very quickly. Answered my questions and I was on my way. I walked in, they worked on the iphone 5c and had it back to me with in 30 mins. Thanks Foxpaw for the quick turnaround.

Last summer I wrote a bad review because this company said they could fix my phone and couldn’t. Beyond that they we rude, incompetent and lazy. Upon writing i received this message, «I apologize for any inconvenience FoxPaw may have caused and would like to speak with you personally if that is ok with you. Please let me know the best way to reach you. Customer service is our highest priority so we want to make sure you are fully satisfied with FoxPaw and want to take care of this the right way.» I responded back with what I needed fixed, my phone and email, nothing. I sent a follow up to get questions back which I answered, then nothing. I send my name and email again– then got a message promising to fix my iPad. Then nothing. lol asked time and time for someone to call or email– nothing. Finally they informed me they can’t fix my iPad as promised. If you are forced to go with this company please pray they get it right the first time; if they don’t they lack the intelligence and communication to fix it while treating yoir properly.
