I’ve been to other chain stores, and this place is more friendly, and more thorough than many of those. I can reorder my contact lenses online which is very nice!

Took my 10 year old grandson to Koetting Associates to get contacts. Had tried several times before at other Eye Care chain stores and was not able to get him to wear or try them. Dr Castellanno was VERY patient and worked with him until he was comfortable. My grandson went from not wanting to wear contacts to thinking that they were the best thing he ever did. The staff was very helpful and I can’t say enough about Dr Castellanno and how he managed my grandson’s fears.

I have worn glasses or contact lenses since I was 10 years old. So I have had my share of eye examinations and I am here to tell you the best is Koetting Associates.
You will get the most extensive and thorough eye examination you have ever experienced. As you are being examined, you’ll wonder why your previous doctor never did each of the test that KA completes on your eyes. Before you enter the examination room for your vision, you are taken to a separate room for approximately 8 different test. These extra test, is what puts them ahead of the class. Being over 40 now and having monovision, I appreciate the extra time they take making sure my distance and closeup vision are both good.
The entire staff from Dr. Castellano to the receptionist are professional and personable. Thanks to their professionalism, I can see clearly now.
