The ball fields drain well after heavy rain. Someone takes care of the infield too.

Overall a nice neighborhood park. Simple and clean
Pros:
–Free tennis courts
–Great playground
–Solid softball field
–Safe location
Cons:
–There is a storage area for big metal storage canisters near the playground area– very unsightly
–Field area gets muddy when it rains
–Could use more landscaping
