Good drinks, makes a better pepper mint mocha than Frontenac’s. But usually not enough seating.

Conveniently located for some people. Contains its regular crowd and occasional monkeys. That’s right, I saw some lady with a monkey, just looking around and exploring. So much for«No more monkey business». Employees are skillful and nice, unless you come in 5 min before closing, then they just might be skillful.

Usually Starbucks are just known as Starbucks. However, we’re unique in St. Louis and this location is often called«the Starbucks that used to be a bank.» It’s pretty much your standard Starbucks with a bit more seating than normal. They have a few patio tables and a a decent amount of indoor seating. You’ll see an abnormal amount of students studying here. I don’t think there are many colleges nearby so I suppose they’re high schoolers? Anyways, I don’t really go to Starbucks very often but this one ain’t so bad. Except if you’re into drive throughs… CAUSETHEREAIN’T NONE!

I come here quite often because it’s the closest one to my work so it’s always on the way. Though I do go to a ton of different ones depending on the day. This one is a smaller one in a weird looking building on the corner of Olive and Craig. Its never been my favorite one, but, lately this location has really been getting on my nerves. The parking lot SUCKSSSS like major bad. To get into it or out(so you can go L on Olive) from the main entrants there’s a steep incline that you better watch out for or else you might scrape up your car. Traffic blocks this entrance often too. Once in the lot is ultra tiny. If it’s a busy time(which is 75% of the time since this one is so tiny) you have to fight for a spot or park at the bank and walk over… It’s just annoying because the lot is stressful! I typically get an iced coffee with sweetener and extra extra room for cream(as in I prefer a grande in a venti if they let me). About 8⁄10 times the sweetener is forgotten. I say I want it at least 3 times at the register and the cashier even reads back my order… Yet no sweetener. If they’re busy it can be 5 minutes before you get their attention and then they’ve been rude about fixing it. Dude you screwed that up. One time they forgot and also put about 5 ice cubes in it. When I finally got their attention to remake it I didn’t see the girl put the sweetener in it so I asked to make sure. She acted so pissed off that I asked, but, it’s like do it right the first time. Then I won’t have to question you! Another time I asked before leaving the counter after the girl handed it to me. Well, the girl handing it to me didn’t even make my drink. She looked confused, glanced at the cup and behind her and said yeah. As I walked away I heard her ask the other girl did you put sweetener in it? Wtf man, you straight lied to me about knowing that you put it in there… At least say I’m not sure hold on and ask or something! Not cool. Even today the girl at the register was not very friendly about my request for a tall in a grande. I get it, sometimes you’re a stickler but if I ask politely tell me you can’t do it. That’s fine. Don’t say ok, and in front of me as the other girl is grabbing the cup mutter no tall. Ok, hello I’m right here… See me? Yea, just tell me. I asked for it for a reason, I wanted extra extra room, not just extra and I even states such when I ordered. Lately the customer service hasn’t been great. I don’t mind having to walk in cuz no drive thru, I don’t mind fighting for a table, I don’t always mind the parking lot. But for crying out loud get my order right and if it’s wrong don’t be a bitch about it! Geeze. You’re lucky it’s my favorite iced coffee.

It’s a decent Starbucks. The location is poor so it’s always incredibly crowded and the wifi is slow sometimes do to heavy usage. I’ve been there many times over school, so I obviously don’t mind it too much.

At first glance, it’s easy to miss this Starbucks driving down olive boulevard in Creve coeur. It is in an unassuming building, but directed right off the main road. There is plenty of parking as you pull in and the shop has two entrances. The staff was super efficient, friendly and helpful. This seems to be a necessity as the location was in the middle of their morning rush. They got my order as I was waiting in line, didn’t mess anything up and had my coffee and pastry ready in lightning speed. Plenty of seating choices, with couches and tables, so I decided to do a little work. All in all, didn’t expect such a big Starbucks in this building, but ended up enjoying my experience. I would definitely visit this location again, as I was able to get a lot of work done. All while enjoying a hot coffee with free refills!

I come here regularly. I wish they carried blonde roast all day long though. But I like that this is a biggest one. Love the couches. As per usual Starbucks fashion there’s outlets everywhere. Employees are great. I’ll continue to come study here until the end of time.

My daughter and I stopped at this location on our way out of town, I’m so glad we did. It’s a comfortable atmosphere, there’s no overwhelming loud soud of hipster music and the employees aren’t pushy. They got our order right and was extremely efficient. Now let’s talk about the restroom … Very clean and gorgeous skylights!

When it comes to getting coffee, my goal is to get fresh, tasty coffee without spending a lot of time looking for it. That is my only goal. If getting me that coffee is Starbucks’ goal, then mission accomplished, Starbucks. A three-star rating is the best I can do for any Starbucks. Each location is pretty much the same as any other. The employees are reasonably polite, the service is generally quick, and the layout is generally inviting. I like great coffee, but I occasionally go to Starbucks anyway. Starbucks’ coffee is good, but not great. I generally drink my coffee black, no sugar, but the standard brews at Starbucks are a bit too bitter, so I either have to add cream and sugar, or get an Americano. I usually get the Americano. The primary reason I end up at any Starbucks is the convenience of the locations combined with the very high probability of getting fresh, tasty coffee.

Can’t go wrong with Starbucks just get to this location early because they get crowded in the mornings.

We went here on a Wednesday afternoon to get some work done. The wifi was about the best I’ve found anywhere, and I spend a lot of time working from coffee shops. The music was great(the smiths, talking heads, lykke li, nina simone, …), the building is unique and interesting, and power sockets were easy to locate. It is a Starbucks, so you know what to expect with the coffee and food selection. It is the same as other Starbucks.

No drive thru. It’s actually a pretty hip building; has a retro feel to it. Service is always fast. Haven’t had any problems with it. Just wish it had a drive thru.

Stopped here on a cross country trip needing some Joe for the road. First negative — no drive through. Second negative — small parking lot that was very congested. I think this must be an old Dr. office or something. The building itself was unique for a Starbucks and was plenty busy but getting in and out kind of a pain.

The workers have always been friendly to me. No problems with any orders. Pretty quiet outside usually, away from traffic. A few times people have been really loud outside and start yelling and that can get annoying. Some people need to realize that they are in a public place even if it is outside on the patio, it is not a park. There are not many parking spots but I have always found a spot. Some people do not like that there is no drive through but I don’t mind that.

I went to the Starbucks on Olive in Creve Coeur to redeem my free birthday drink and had an excellent experience. Whereas the staff in other places have been less than friendly when I redeem birthday giveaways, the staff here were friendly, helpful, and wished me a happy birthday. Would definitely return for more coffee!

At first I thought this was an office building. But it’s not. They give great service and the store is always clean. My favorite drink they make is a green tea frappucino. Have them make it with soy milkand sugar free syrup. It’s amazing

This is a pretty alright Starbucks. It’s very clean, the staff is very friendly, and it has plenty of seating for chilling out and drinking your go-juice. I agree with Tricia M. that the lack of hot foods and the lack of drive-thru make it less convenient than some other Starbucks locations. I’m not trying to knock Starbucks as a brand but, if I want to park & go inside somewhere for coffee & a muffin, there are a lot of great coffee shops all throughout Saint Louis that I can visit. The thing that makes me choose Starbucks when I do is the variety of food options and convenience of a drive-thru…and this place is 0 for 2 where that’s concerned. Still, if you’re looking for some bakery items, some consistently Starbucks-y drinks, and a place to chill for a bit, this is a good location.

This has become my new Starbucks now that I’ve moved. I’m into it. Everyone I’ve met has been really friendly and chipper even though I am never there later than 6:45am. They are also great at handling long lines and getting people in and out with the correct order. Very important! Only complaint — whyyyyyyyy would you build a Starbucks with no drive-thru???

I don’t mind a trip to this SBux at all. The staff is always super friendly and totally fast at making my drinks. They call me by my name which might seem cheesy but it’s a nice touch, and makes my overall experience feel more personalized. I love the little sketch of the new Sbux«coming soon» to Forest Park & Grand that they have on the wall(the old Del Taco) which I thought was cute. The cake pops are always fresh, and the coffee is never stale or burnt tasting. It’s conveniently located near a bunch of different places I frequent off of Olive Blvd.(mostly doctor offices) so yay for good location and stress-free parking, although the lot is somewhat small, I have never had issues parking there.
