I have to say I really like Sprint and haven’t had a problem with them prior to today. The first time that I went into this location was pleasant and enjoyable one. When I went back to pick up my phone a week later, I had the worst experience with the«store lead» which lead me to cancel my order. I hate that one bad experience has almost caused me to terminate my service with Sprint. I’m grateful that I was able to get the issue rectified by call Sprints 800 number. Prior to this I’ve mainly dealt with the Sprint Store on 6622 Clayton Rd which I have never had a bad experience with.

The staff at the Sprint on Kingshighway were hugely helpful and personable. Although their system was down at the time, Mike was still able to assist me with a hardware issue and set up a permanent solution, all while an elderly woman shouted obscenities and abuse in the store.

I recently switched to Sprint to save $ 35 on my monthly cell phone bill. I went to the Sprint store to pick out a new phone and to ask 5 million questions to make sure I’d be getting a good deal. I only trust cell phone people a little more than car salesmen, but the employee that helped me was incredibly informative and patient with me. Overall, a positive experience, and I’ve got no buyer’s remorse. Points off for no public restroom, and for not telling me until after I signed the contract that I’d have to send in my old phone to Sprint.

Our goal was to save money switching from at&t to Sprint for wireless service; bad idea. Long story short, Sprint’s network in St. Louis blows compared to at&t. Too many dropped calls, missed calls and super slooow data speeds for us. We quickly returned our iPhones within the 14 day grace period and switched back to at&t. Everyone we dealt with at this store was extremely helpful and understanding, from our initial visit to when we cancelled. Too bad their network isn’t as good as the associates here.
