I love this place I remember Korea and Thailan. Bella Tienda me hace transformarme al extranjero

I sometimes find myself wandering around MacroSun for several minutes just browsing and taking in all of the wonderful Asian trinkets. If I have an eclectic friend I’m trying to find a gift for, this is usually where you’ll find me trying to pick something out. However, when I’m in it for myself, it’s the incense that I aim for. I highly suggest taking a gander and you’ll probably end up buying something you never thought you would.

My favorite store in my hometown closed years ago. A little eclectic shop just like this. When planning my trip to St. Louis, I decided to google Fair Trade St. Louis, and this place came up. I don’t know if it’s a good or bad thing that it did. I met my St. Louis BFF, Lynn! I ended up spending a lot of money between the two stores. And Lynn, who helped me out on Saturday, didn’t tell me about the Delmar shop so I think she was trying to protect my pocketbook(a valiant try, Lynn!). I spent close to two hours here wandering around and looking, trying things on and being indecisive. Luckily(for me, at least), only a few other people came in while I was there. Statuary, jewelry, clothing, incense… and it’s a big space. I’m not an incense person, but I have *really* missed buying great jewelry. And I bought plenty of it. They have great semi-precious earrings, necklaces, bracelets, bangles… I also bought a pashmina scarf, a Buddha and a Kwan Yin statute for my office. Can’t wait to visit again, but it’s a good thing it isn’t closer!

MacroSun is incredible. Very cultural, original artifacts. Pricey but worth the value. Everything from incense, statues, jewelry, to clothes, wind chimes, and wall décor. There is a great variety of fabulous incense and exotic incense holder. Does not have sales often, but that’s the only thing negative I can really say about it.

It’s like someone went to Tibet and robbed the joint… Just kidding. MacroSun has a large selection of alternative/Eastern Indian/Tibetan/International clothing, as well as gift items for both those tight on cash, and those ready to lavish their loved ones with authentic, quality International art gifts. I think you can buy at least a dozen different kinds of Buddha statues here, as well as art from a majority of East Asia, with possibly an exception of China and Japan. However, I think you can buy chopsticks here… as well as paper lanterns… If you don’t know what to get that eclectic friend of yours for that special occasion, then I suggest MacroSun. It’s worth the variety to stop by.

If you’re not shopping at MacroSun International, you’re hurting this great city of ours and possibly, the world! MacroSun is a fair trade store specializing in awesome stuff you won’t find anywhere else. They have great gifts, home décor pieces, and beautiful jewelry. MacroSun has friendships with artisans and reputable dealers all over South Asia and you can feel safe in buying any of the items they sell here. MacroSun is a great place to just look around a waste some time; you’ll definitely find something you’ll want to take home.

This place has some great merchandise, and it is free trade to boot! I studied Asian arts in college, and so the statues and stelas they had on sale here had me wanting to sell my plasma in order to take them home! They have some fine reproduction pieces ranging from many of the eras, from the Gupta and on. The prices are cheap when considering the craftsmanship. There were tons of little statues and trinkets and a lot of impressive masks. They featured works from Buddhist, Hindu and beyond. The workers were very nice, but they kind of creeped me out a little.
