I went in here for some knitting supplies, and couldn’t find a single person to ask for help. There was one cashier and one person in fabric. Both were very busy, so as other Unilocalers have mentioned, expect lines.
They have a nice selection of knitting supplies, fabric, scrapbooking, and baking supplies, so for me, it’s a paradise. Standard craft store fare, and when I stopped in, everything was well organized. Cute holiday décor is here as well. This isn’t the largest craft place I’ve been to but it’s pretty good.
Check online for coupons before you go, a lot of things are usually on sale, so I’ve found it better to wait for something to go off sale and use the usual 40% off coupon.
So when I got to the front I thought the service was great. The cashier was great, I just wish they had someone on the floor that could offer help to novice crafters like me, but the lines suggest a general understaffing.
Great place for crafting, I would just expect a wait and little to no assistance.

Pros:
1. Very helpful when I asked questions. They all seemed knowledgeable about what I asked them.
2. Great sales. When I went up to the counter the lady checking me out gave me a free 30% off coupon. Saved me $ 8!
3. Happy workers.
Cons:
1. Not a huge selection of fabrics, but a good amount for a small store.
2. I wasn’t approached by anyone in the store to see if I needed help when walking in.
3. A bit messy.
Overall, I would definitely go back.

The customer service here is terrible. I waited way too long at the fabric counter, one woman was waiting on customers and the other said she’d be right with us. Instead she spent far too long working on folding a remnant and then continued to ignore us when that was done.
I’ve also been there twice now when one of the cashiers is working two registers. He asks two customers to come up at once and attempts to serve both at the same time. This system does not speed things up at all and actually leaves both customers dissatisfied and feeling like they are not receiving adequate customer service.

I agree with the other comment that there is always, with no exceptions, a long wait for check out and getting fabric cut. Makes me not want to shop there

Well organized and the staff is nice and helpful. Selection is nowhere near that of the Ballwin location. There is *always*, and without exception, a wait to checkout at the register.
