frostbite ice cream is hands down the best gourmet ice cream I’ve ever had! I don’t mean to exaggerate, but I don’t know anyone else who hand churns each batch using locally sourced ingredients. I was fortunate to taste frostbite ice cream at a wedding. John also caters smaller events, so I held a frostbite ice cream social at my house. IT was awesome!

I tasted this ice cream at Third Degree and loved it. The peach sangria flavor was perfect, not too sweet, not too peachy, just tasty. I had John and the Trike cater a surprise birthday party. John was easy to work with, showed up early, and was very friendly. And it was affordable! I got LOTS of compliments on the Frostbite Ice Cream, especially the root beer flavor. Kudos John :)

For the St. Louis visitors-this is NOTANICECREAMSHOP. After searching with my six year old for the storefront, I finally called to learn this is a caterer. Hope this is helpful.

Bravo. The Frostbite trike was set-up at the most recent Third Degree Glass Factory Friday event, and I was thoroughly impressed with the taste and quality of the bacon ice cream(btw, can I place an order?) and the peach ice cream. I’m fairly familiar with the ice cream business, and the high quality of this product was obvious.(I have no ties to this company btw) The only thing that confused me about the product is that they advertise using lactose-free milk, which is great, but they also advertise using heavy cream, which really negates the use of lactose-free milk. Also, it wasn’t made clear on the website which ingredients apply to which flavors. This may seem like an obvious thing that can be inferred, but for example, is the coconut ice cream just coconut milk(dairy free) or does it still include the heavy cream? Anyway, I’d like to see more of this ice cream around town.
