great place great staff had last there in 2008 I went from. very blind to. ²⁰⁄₂₀ for less than $ 2 grand not sure of. current prices but check them. out

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, good price and selection with rapid customer service. The office gets 5 stars but lense lab who makes the glasses are pretty slow reducing rating over all

I came in for some glasses with prescription in hand. The two guys in the shop were perfectly pleasant. One helped me pick out my frames and was extremely helpful. The frames were a little pricey, but they worked with me and my insurance, and I’m very happy with my purchase. I haven’t gotten my glasses yet — 7 — 10 days wait, I’m told. As a first time glasses wearer/​purchaser, this was a bit frustrating, but I’m told that that’s a normal thing.

Decent selection on glasses but they are locked in so to prevent theft. But major false advertising! I called and set up appointments for the family since I seen frames were 50% off and told them I had NVA vision insurance. Now that we are here they inform us you can’t use the 50% and vision insurance, you do one or the other which is almost the same price. We will be going elsewhere!

Dr. Stephanie Cullinan and her staff are fantastic! I chose to go to Clarkson Eyecare due to their close proximity to my home and the fact they accept a wide array of insurance.
I called to check availability mid-​week and was able to secure a same day appointment. I didn’t expect much other than a routine in and out. However, I was more than impressed by the helpfulness, friendliness and warmth of the staff. My insurance plan was not very specific in detailing whether or not it would cover my exam, so I told Levi at the front desk that I would just pay for my exam and submit it for reimbursement. While in my appointment, Levi did more research and was able to confirm that my exam was indeed 100% covered by insurance, which meant the money I was about to spend would stay in my pocket! I didn’t ask him to do the extra work, so I really appreciated his above and beyond effort. The other woman working the desk, who’s name I missed, was also very helpful.
As for Dr. Cullinan, she was so lovely and personable. She took the time to answer all my questions and was very thorough. She walked me through the process, appeased any fears I had, and approached my concerns with compassion. I have total trust in her as my O.D. and will not be going to anyone else.
