BEWARE CAPTAIN MOBILE: If you need your iPhone screen replaced, watch out for «Captain Mobile» in University City. They clearly used the cheapest replacement parts they could find which actually SNAPPED; not cracked, not shattered, but SNAPPED cleanly in two when my 12-​year-​old daughter was using the screen normally right in front of me a month after it was replaced. After an argument, George agreed to replace the screen then dodged me for almost two weeks while he had my daughter’s phone. We finally got it back and now it just says «no sim card installed» all the time.
I now have to go spend money on a second repair (and hopefully not a whole new phone) because of the incompetence of «Captain Mobile». Go elsewhere.
