Though I try again and again, I am consistently disappointed with this BK. It’s such a shame because I’m a true lover of chicken fries. I don’t know if it’s this location or just my luck, but my food is always barely warm and often appears to have been stomped on before it was put in the bag. I’ve only visited this location three times, and only would again should the chicken finger craving rear its relentless head… If and only if.

I ate lunch here at 1:30 on a busy Saturday with my 6 year old. It as very clean, staff was very friendly, food was served promptly and accurately. The staff came around to clean tables off and asked how our meal was. I was also pleased with the music playing(60’s sock hop). Very family friendly.

Stopped here after getting off on a over night shift and they gave me stale hash browns. They were so hard and greasy that it is was crazy. NEVERAGAIN!!!

Went through the drive-thru about 10pm recently and there was about 3 cars in front of us. Moved very efficiently. Got to the window and asked for a side of ranch– no extra charge like some other fast food places. The food was hot and we got exactly what we ordered. Location is right off I-55 and Loughborough. Dealing with traffic in the complex can sometimes be tricky. There is always plenty of parking in the Burger King section of the parking lot though.

A newer model BK almost immediately off of I-55, I was surprised(pleasantly) by two things: 1) The lobby offers a pair of Coke Freestyle machines. While the concept is a complete novelty, the machines are still not entirely common in the area. It’s nice to find a location with one! 2) The counter help actually listened to my order and recommended a better burger to fit the customizations that I wanted. With a clean dining room and normal seating(should be adequate for groups, though a bus might have a difficult time navigating the one-way parking lot), there’s no reason not to stop through.

So I never expected that I’d be writing a review on a fast food drive thru, but I just can’t resist. I eat from a drive thru much more than I care to admit. That being said every time I have been here, the people working have been more friendly and efficient than any other fast food place I’ve ever been. 3 o’clock in the afternoon, or three in the morning, it doesn’t matter. There is sometimes a wait, but usually only from volume and not just one car not moving.

I ate drive thru here Saturday night at 12:00. The employees manning the driver thru window were extremely nice in light of the line of cars wrapping around the building. Because nothing was open it was our only choice. I ate some chicken french fries and immediately realized why I cannot eat fast food. The next time I try to eat that stuff I will just pay someone to have them punch me in the stomach and then I will take my $ 4 and flush it down the toilet.
