I will never come here again, or refer any of my friends. I went into Autotire with squeaky brakes hoping to get new break pads. After they looked at my car, the manager came out into the waiting room and told me that I needed an entire new brake system (brake pads, Rotors, and calipers) on all four sets. They quoted me at over $ 900 in repairs.
I then went to a family friend mechanic for a second opinion and he said that I only needed brake pads… Which is much less expensive. He also said that the other parts of the brake system looked practically brand new. I am beyond pissed that the manager of the store blatantly lied to my face. I will NEVER go here again.

Not impressed! The service has taken over two days and is still not complete. They have more excuses than any place I have ever dealt with.
I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here for any service.

I love me some Autotire. Between this location near my house and the one on Harvester Rd. by my parents’ house, I’ve received great service both in communication with me and the way my car works, sounds and feels after I leave. They are not just about tires, either! They have some of the best prices around for normal maintenance services such as tire rotations, brake checks and oil changes. I also love that they have multiple locations but are still all local!
The only reason I docked a star is because the Autotire on Droste isn’t a glamorous experience being quite small and a bit dirty — as most auto service stations are though, I do understand! The cleanliness could have been helped a bit more than it was, but they compensated very well with their great service and availability of the latest Fast Company in their waiting area!
