i bring all my cars here because they are very honest and only provide services that are needed. always give options and associated risks. prices are reasonable and fair.
2 examples of my satisfaction…
check engine light was diagnosed by another repair shop and was quoted $ 800 to fix an emissions problem. brought it to roberts and dave suggested trying a new gas cap first. replaced the gas cap and the check engine light never came back on.
was told by dealer that i needed new front and rear brakes. roberts could do the work for 50% of the dealer qoute so i brought it here. roberts looked at the brakes and said they didnt need replacing yet. could probably go another 10−20k miles. saved me the money and I’ll definitely go back when needed.

Great service and super knowledgable. Always done when promised. I’ve been working with them for a couple years. Honest people.

My father has been using Robert’s for years. Years and years and years. As such, I too had used Roberts for years and will still utilize their services if necessary when I come back in town to visit. Just this week I needed to use their services for my emissions and safety, and even though they needed to fix something and get a part, I had my car back within 24 hours. Other reviews for Robert’s clearly show unsatisfied customers, but the guys there are always nothing but nice to me, and I’ve never had a problem with communication with them. When I needed a new transmission, they referred me to someone who did a great job in fixing it. They’ve never tried to make me pay for services and parts that I don’t need. Sad to see that other people haven’t had the same good service I have been fortunate enough to have received.

Quick summary of events:
Broke the tire sensors on my Altima and claimed they came in like that. Refused to fix it.
Mis-​aligned my sister’s Saturn. She brought it back in to be realigned. They said they did nothing but now it doesn’t pull left. Obviously tried to fix their mistake. ?!?
Tried to get the lugnuts off when I had a flat and no one could budge them so had to have the car towed. Awesome.
All three times my car has been there, they «forgot» to call me when it was done. I ended up calling them wondering how the heck long it was going to take only to have someone say, «Oh yeah, well that’s been done for a while». Try calling your customers?
Just don’t bother. Hassle and a half.

Left my truck here by appointment with specific directions to put on new brakes while I was out of town. When I got home they hadnt even brought my truck inside the shop. I was then left without a vehicle for 2 days. They also put on the lug nuts so tight that I had to have them remove them the next time and replace 3 of the them.
