I came here to get brow waxing and the lady did a great job! After trying to find a nearby nail salon that is clean and people are actually nice, this place is by far the best in Burke. Eyebrow wax was $ 9.

I was definitely not impressed… not sure why I had such a different experience … manicure was bleeding in 3 spots and the very next day my cuticles were swollen and I got those fringe looking skin thingies that hurt. There was also a lot of space between my nail and the cuticle that went unpainted —
I believe it was $ 38 for mani/​pedi.
Looks like everyone else liked them, so I may have got a new person… I might try them again.

I really like the décor it is really nice and relaxing. An I find that Helen does such a great arch for my eyebrows! Really gentile and very careful. With Joy I found that she is takes her time, and I had a very nice conversation with her. They welcomed me and I felt very happy and comfortable. Glossy nails does not rip you off they offer reasonable prices. I highly recommend to come to this salon the staff here are professional, it offers great deals, and the salon is very clean.

I love this nail salon… they always take great care of me. They are friendly and take their time. I love the hot stone massage they do with your pedicure. The best!

Love this place everybody is so friendly and welcoming, I have been coming here 6 plus years and they never let me down. Ask for Len. My daughters enjoy coming here as well.
My rock pedicures are do relax and energizing.
Also I do Shellac gel for my hands and last longer that two weeks.

I got a wonderful pedicure here. The ladies treated me with so much kindness. Every customer should be treated like this. The atmosphere is great and it’s so clean.

I came here with my younger sister on weekend, we haven’t met for along time. This spot made us feel safe and relax, we got mani & pedi, it was a good choice. Staff’s friendly and professional, they really know how to do it (of course!). This salon’s also very clean and nice (we took a picture :))

I got a gel manicure here today and it looks horrible! There is space between the color and my cuticle, the color is uneven and does not go down to the tip of my nail. Don’t waste your money.

I work in this area and decided to stop by and get my nails done. They have so many colors to choose from for gel shellac manicure, I love it! They did a great job on my nails they look beautiful!

I have never tried doing manicure here, but this time my friends took me here and I see all the good things about this salon.
The staff is extremely friendly and enthusiastic. I asked for pedicure first, but then I changed my mind. I thought they would get angried with me, but they still kept their patience and did my manicure very carefully. They must be well-​trained in this area, they did quickluy but professionally.
I love the lacquers they used on my nails too, that was CND, I only trust this brands, because it’s not harmful to my nails.

I went in today for a pedicure. Just moved to the area and a family member got me a gift certificate. The people were extremely nice but the quality was terrible. I normally don’t even write reviews but I felt compelled to on this one. I didn’t pay attention to the work until I got home and looked at them. The polish I brought in was Chanel midnight blue and was smeared all over the outsides of my nails The trimming on my nails are crooked and rough. And like the previous reviewer the top of my big toes are tender because she cut them too close. The place was also run down and the towels they used looked dirty/​stained. Like I said they were so nice but this is not enough to make me come back. I think I will throw away the rest of my gift certificate. It’s just not worth it. Don’t waste your money.

I’ve gone to this nail salon several times in the last five years because the price was much lower than other nail places in the area. I could deal with the average service for the price. But in the place year, their prices have gone up and the sevice has not.
I went for a pedicure last week. The woman who did my pedicure seemed rushed (even though I was the only person in there on a Monday afternoon) and left me with more nail polish on my toes than on my nails. She also cut a nail down to the quick, which left it very uncomfortable when I put my shoe back on.
The price is now on par with other nail places in the area, so I will not be returning.

I used to be a regular here. I usually get a pedi every two weeks. They have decent colors, it’s pretty cheap, it’s a convenient location, and the people were nice. But over the past year or so I have noticed a sharp decline in service and quality of work. Also, I do not recommend getting your eyebrows waxed here unless you want very thin un-​natural lines. I learned this the hard way about a month before my wedding. I have been cut a few times getting a mani/​fill, which doesn’t bother me nearly as much as the one time the lady giving me a pedi rubbed my foot raw with the pumice stone because she wasn’t paying attention. I kept going back mainly because of the price and the convenient location. The last straw however, was when I decided I wanted a full set of acrylics and they were so bad I actually had them soaked off at another salon the very next day.
I probably won’t be coming back.

I came here on a recommendation by a friend who got her nails done here. I got here and everyone was really friendly and for some reason I got acrylics, which I never get, but I wanted to try it out. They did it just the way I wanted it, not too short, not too long. The man does these for me and he does a great job just be firm in what you want and tell him exactly and he will do so. I have returned ever since many times. I got normal french manicures and pedi’s and all turned out great except for the last time I went. I got acrylics again and I guess i didnt pay as much attention as I should have so it didnt turn out the way I wanted. I still would come back because their price is great compared to the McLean area and they use great polishes like OPI, which is my favorite. Will be back for a mani soon!

Been coming here for years, and even though the owners/​management changed, the service is still great.
Good, strong acrylics. I usually get a regular pedicure, and eyebrow wax. The price is fair, and I’ve never seen a problem with cleanliness as a previous reviewer mentioned.
There has been a bit of remodeling over the past two years. It’s comfortable :)
Just don’t be afraid to ask for what you want. The staff is always accommodating.

I went in last night after dropping my son off at TKD further down the shopping center. I wanted some waxing done and was taken in right away… At the cost of another customer having to wait (it appeared his pedicure was just about to start and not the soaking part). The room looked a bit dirty, but it was the end of the day. She changed the sticks for the waxing but not the paper on the table. I had underarms done with no complaints. The bikini (regular, not Brazilian) was another story. Started with smaller sections, ok, progressively moved to larger and larger. When she did the pull she never held the skin tight, I let out a few « Unilocals». This morning I have actual bruises! I would never go back there again.
