Texas Roadhouse you have done it again. 5 Star Lunch/​Dinner. I had smothered sirloin with half a rack of ribs and broccoli and carrots. Absolutely Deliscious. Our waitress Lena was so pleasant and super friendly. Ill always come back because my experiences here have always been pleasant!!!

Hot rolls are very good, Chicken Fried Steak… I guess there was steak in there? Too thin to be able to tell. More like a platter of fried batter. Salt is there main seasoning. Very LOUD and it seemed like every other person was having a birthday, which requires some sort of Texas celebration… Hee Haw. I may try it again and try a real steak but, it will be awhile.

Love their bread. We go here for Early dine during the week. Close to home and convenient!

Got there early so there was not a wait, although when we left around 5:15, there was. Service was efficient and personable. Dance line was indifferent, talking to each other, and it was a shame because I enjoyed it. Steak should have been ordered with no sauce or marinade because it was just too much for the steak. Had to send back the beans, which were inedible. Peanuts were good. No price on the menu for the drink, so didn’t order. Onion was okay but it’s just too big. Fresh vegetables were somewhat sad — broccoli and fake baby carrots. Needs some real vegetables. Table was tiny and hard to accommodate all the food.

Great steaks, good drinks, but peanuts are a bit much. Haven’t gotten a bad meal yet. Have gone there with coworkers to have a few drinks and laughs. Service is usually on top of things when there an issue.

Best prime rib around! Good and service are always over the top fantastic. Love dining here!

Whenever my husband and I go for dinner (which isn’t often) we always sit at the bar. The service is awful at the bar every time we go. They always forget our appetizer, and end up bringing it out two minutes before the food comes out (which takes forever anyways). Sometimes we wait for drinks which is annoying too. They once gave us a free app to take home because of the wait and due to them forgetting to bring out the app. I can understand it happening it once but every time we go? We don’t go here anymore.

This is a constantly good steakhouse. It’s in a great location (in 5 town plaza) with tons of lit parking. It’s got a Texas steakhouse theme throughout and most famous for its peanuts scattered throughout the floor. I think their bread and cinnamon butter keep their patrons coming back too lol.
Again their consistency is key. They’ve got really good food and it’s the same every time. The servers are very friendly and courteous and are great with kids. I’ve really never had a bad waiter here. I really love their steaks. They sometimes over cook mine (lol consistently medium of med well instead of med rare) but they’re generally quick with gettin the right one on the table.
Drinks are semi weak– the margaritas come from a mix and you can definitely tell. I’m usually with my kids though so I don’t tend to order them. I will say they don’t dance as often as they used to– the kids used to love that and I’d like them to bring that back.

Waitress didn’t wash her hands after leaving the bathroom stall. After placing our order my wife used the restroom and saw our waitress exit a bathroom stall and exit the rest room without washing her hands. She immediately returned to serving people their dinner. My wife immediately went to the manager to report this to him. His response; «Yeah, I need to tell them about that.» and kept working. Awhile past and we eventually saw him speaking to a number of staff at the kitchen doorway. After the brief conversation, many of them returned to the dining room. The dirty hand waitress was not one of the staff person’s who was involved in the manager’s briefing. After making eye contact with the manager for several minutes, he finally came to our table to «see if everything was all right with us.» He identified himself as the owner. As my wife began to explain in detail her concern, he interjected that he «addressed the concern» and had the staff wash their hands. When my wife told him she did not see the staff go to the bathroom to wash their hands, he said they washed them in the kitchen. We clearly saw most of the staff return to the dining room without first going in to the kitchen. When I asked the manager; if he even asked my wife to identify the waitress, he said;“no” and kept reiterating that he «addressed the concern.» I told him he should have asked who the waitress was and pull her off the dining room floor immediately to have her wash her hands. When he kept talking over me repeating his mantra that he had addressed the situation, I asked; «can I finish?» he responded by saying loudly; «Let me finish!» then said; «I’m done here and began to walk away. As he was walking away; I heard him mumble either «Forget You!» or «F— you.» My wife and I quickly got up from our table and started to leave the restaurant. As we were leaving the restaurant, I told the waitress, next time she uses the bathroom to wash her hands. As we were walking past the kitchen doorway, I saw the manager/​owner standing there, with his back to me. I stopped and told him; «If you don’t take our concerns seriously, then I’ll just go on-​line to let people know about this experience.» His lackadaisical response to the concern brought to his attention and his incredibly rude response to us, clearly shows he does not understand or care about the extreme risk he is placing his customers in when his staff are not taking the proper sanitary precautions.

and am contemplating filing a report with the local Health Department.
I don’t know about you, but having someone wipe their butt then touch my dinner plate without washing their hands, is not a risk I’m willing to take! You’ve been informed.

This was our first time at this restaurant I have to say it was very good the staff was friendly, the food was good and the steaks (sirloin) were just as we asked and came in a timely manner a bucket of peanuts on our the table was a plus and lets not forget the bread hot, fresh and delicious. We will try the one in New Rochelle next and other locations.

Excellent! I have been there twice recently and my servers were Chelsea and Ryanne. They were both awesome! My food was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back and most definitely asking for one of those two girls as my server because they have awesome customer service.

Recently remodeled, not so loud as it used to be, yay. They have added more HD TV’s around the bar and opened it up some.
My pulled pork dinner was good as expected from a chain. The hot dinner rolls with cinnamon butter are addictive.
Top: Dinner specials before 6pm are a good reason for an early dinner. Food is always good, and service is right there.

A consistently good place to eat. The specials they run if you sign up for their emails are worth the while. Great streaks, love the bread, sides and awesome blossom onion. Service is very consistently good and friendly.

Can’t say this is my favorite place to dine but the friends I was with like it for some reason, so off we went. For a Wednesday evening they were extremely busy, the wait for a table was not much more that 15 to 20 minutes and once we were seated, service was prompt. The house salad was very good, bits of bacon and chunked boiled egg with tomato and a blue cheese dressing which was passable. I ordered a sirloin steak medium rare with mushrooms and a loaded baked potato. When my order arrived the waiter acknowledged they had made a mistake, onions instead of mushrooms, that was quickly remedied. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare, had nice flavor but in spots was a bit tough. The baked potato came with sour cream, cheddar cheese and crisp bacon bits and was tasty, especially the skin which was very crispy and nicely seasoned with salt. Was this the best loaded baked potato I have had, no, that honor goes to the Hillstone Restaurant in Winter Park FL; so to the steak, but it was quite good nonetheless. The two chicken dishes and the other steak dish that were ordered by my friends were acknowledge to be fine and they were quite satisfied. The one draw back to dining at a Texas Roadhouse is the noise level emanating from the track music and the din of the crowd, it can be difficult at times to carry on a normal conversion without shouting. I’m not eager to go back but it does have its merits for many and the price point is one of those reasons with the tip, the bill came to $ 65 and for four people that is pretty darn good. This place is what it is.

Onion blossom was tasteless, even with the dipping sauce. Outback’s blooming onion is still the best. The caesar salad was awful. The dressing was mayonnaise with grated parmesan cheese. The filet mignon was passable. The green beans were bathing in a disgusting broth and sent back for a baked potato. I usually enjoy eating at this restaurant chain. This particular location was sub-​par. The servers were good, but that was about it.

I ordered the NY strip medium. It came to my table rare and when I cut into it, it was very fatty and tough. The waitress took it back to be cooked more… it came back med rare and was still very tough and hard to cut. I told the girl who brought the steak out all this and she said «oh I’m very sorry, I will have them put a new steak on for you». Our waitress came by and asked if something was wrong with the steak which was still on the table but pushed to the edge and we told her what was going on… she also apologized and asked if we wanted to take the fatty steak home for our dog. I thought that was a nice gesture. My new steak came out about ten minutes later and was cooked perfectly and was very tender.
The Broccoli and Carrots were very good, excellent actually!
They need to start offering a better variety and brand of salad dressings.
I would highly recommend this restaurant! They took care of a bad situation very kindly and professionally!

Very good food. If I want to eat here I come early before they get to busy and too much nosie.

My favorite meal here is the ribs. Always so tender.
Such good food. And they have they beast steak fries. But my favorite side dish is the loaded baked potato! The potato always comes hot with salt on the outside I never need added salt. It the most fluffy baked potato I ever had no one can beat it. I always go back.

No bad, had the pulled pork sandwich. It was ok and loaded steak fries. Only ate few bites and ask waitress for something else got the bbq chicken breat better but nothing to go back for… I freakin love the bread omg… wife had the country fried chicken she loved it. Only 33 dollers bill and she had a martini.

I love Texas Roadhouse. I have a confession, I worked here in high school, now years later, i still love their food. Most people who work at restaurants get sick of the food there, not me. I ate there on my days off! From seeing things behind the scenes I know they handle their food properly, wear gloves, that kind of thing. I also know the food is fresh.
Came here this past weekend and was very pleased, as always. I love the rib eye, and baked potato… and sweet tea… and salad. My server was Bethany and she was GREAT. They were brewing sweet tea still and there was none ready, but she brought out water for me while I waited and then brought me TWO cups of sweet tea! woo!
