Horrible experience!!! Poor customer service. Went There 12⁄29 to purchase a mattress. Left a deposit And told them we would be back in a Few days. Called the store on the following Sunday asking what time they closed. They told us 7pm. I told them I would be coming back to Finish purchase around 6:30. We got there at 6:40pm. Lights were on oustide and inside as well, but the door was locked. We could see movement in the back. We called at least 8times, knocked on the door and they just ignored us. Next day we called and their excuse was that someone new was working that night and they were sorry for the experience. We just asked for our refund. 7 days later no refund was given. Called the store again and they said their system was down and that they would call us back. Nobody ever called us back. Had to call again a few days only to get us a refund 3weeks after the incident. Purchased the mattress from another store and will never be back at sleepys!

Extremely professional staff on hand in a no pressure casual environment. The two Gentlemen, Joel and Matt did not try to up sell me on anything the entire the I was there and saved me about $ 175 from what I would of paid up the street all while giving me a better mattress with no gimmicks or hidden charges. The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to and didn’t seem like they were reading a standard sales pitch that they had been handed. If you want the best look no further these guys know what they are doing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top quality bed at a fair price. Thank you again Joel and Matt.

Joel, the store manger was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about each mattress I selected for comparison. He was patient, exploring with me each option & price point to make sure I received the best deal for my family & budget. He made sure I left feeling as though I got the best value for my money & the best sleep a mattress could provide. I highly recommend this store for anybody looking for professional service and fair pricing.
