Taco Bell

I used the drive-​thru at this location a few weeks ago to get a late evening snack for myself and my wife. We both got the same order: 1 nachos and 1 beef quesarito. Brought the food home and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. However, overnight we both developed fevers and terrible gastroenteritis that persisted for days. I had to call out of work the next day it was so bad. We each spent a lot of time in the bathroom that week.
So, we got food poisoning from eating it, but it was delicious. And since it’s Taco Bell this should not be too surprising for most people.

Clean, organized and fresh food. I order from this Taco Bell every day when I am at work. Also they are really quick to have my order ready when I order from the application. I am super impressed with this location and what it offers !

So, Taco Bell is Taco Bell, right?
Apparently not, because I was utterly flabbergasted by how clean and well put together this Taco Bell location is, and how nice and caring the employees are.
I’d never set foot in this location before last night, but upon entering my friends and I found it to be spotlessly clean and decorated all fancy-​like for the Winter season with sparkly snow flakes and such.
My two friends, who happen to be fiber artists themselves, were tickled pink by the fact that there were «amigurumi» Taco Bell items in a basket on the counter near the cash register.
I just could not comprehend how a Taco Bell in such a high traffic location was in such stellar condition and was operated in such a friendly, welcoming manner.
As we ate our meal it became clear that there’s a specific employee (she appeared to be management) who is largely responsible for setting the tone (she does the decorating, made the stuffed Taco Bell items, runs her own in-​store promotions, etc.) and keeping the place on track.
If only every fast food place had an employee that actually gave a damn running the show!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I just went there to get a strawberry starburst freeze and I parked my car and as I was getting out there was an employee standing outside smoking a cigarette by the main front door, and as soon as I stood up he yelled over to me «HEY! YOUR CAR LOOKS LIKE SHIT!» I turned to see who was yelling at me and he said «yeah» I didn’t say anything in response and got back in my car and left.
To make things worse, I called 3 – 4 times to talk to a manager to let them know about the situation, and the phone rang continuously with no answer, and once someone picked up the phone and hung up. Obviously they do not care about good customer service.
I will NEVER dine there again and I strongly recommend that people stay away from that place. I have never felt so threatened at a restaurant before.
Also, the man who yelled at me was a tall black man with dread locks about mid to late 20s.

This is not a joke. I am rating a Taco Bell five friggin stars.
New England is desperately in need of some *real* Mexican restaurants, but until I find one, Taco Bell will have to suffice in a pinch.
This Taco Bell, in particular, is the best one I’ve ever been to. Here’s a breakdown of why:
1) their drive-​thru employees are always super friendly and have a pleasant tone
2) their product is far superior than other Taco Bell’s I’ve been to: more meat, better ratio of toppings, good temperature control, etc. I know this sounds like a joke, but go and see what I mean.
3) they offer special event nights for kids/​families and the community, where there’s free tacos and a movie screening, for example
Not to mention, the happier hour deal (1−4PM M-​F I think), where you can get $ 1 drinks and $ 1 frozen slushies.
Just as a note, they don’t serve Dr. Pepper, which I find odd as I can’t think of another one that doesn’t.
So if you MUST go to Taco Bell because you’re an Arizonan starving for something even vaguely resembling refried beans, go here. They put out great product.

Fast, friendly, and accurate service. Everything was good. Will go back to this location again.
