Finally stepping outside the comfort realm that is IKEA, my fiancée and I made our first «upgrade», if you will, by investing in a couch from Raymour & Flanigan.
Unfamiliar with the process, Carlos was extraordinarily helpful, and above all else, very patient. From the point of ordering, to explaining the delivery process, Carlos did a great job of coaching us through.
If you’re new to the process, like me, I would definitely suggest connecting with Carlos at Raymour & Flanigan.

After some less than stellar experiences at other stores, I went to the Raymour and Flanigan store on Boston Rd and could not have been more pleased with my experience. I am normally put off by salespeople, but Carlos was really great. He listened to what I had to say and was able to show me items that were exactly what I was looking for. Carlos made the whole experience quick and pleasant, I am very pleased with my purchases and will definitely be returning.
Highly recommended, ask for Carlos.
