Popeyes

I only like their spicy chicken white meat meal with fries and coleslaw all the other sides I don’t care about. Oh n if the don’t have honey for my chicken I can’t do it lol

Horrible management. The managers have little if any training. My order was wrong, I received no receipt, and then the manager wanted to argue with me, like it’s the customers fault that the staff is incompetent. Will never go back there, I’d advise others to avoid this place too, if they value quality service.

This has to be the worst Popeyes Chicken restaurant we have been to. We stopped at the drive-​thru here after shopping in the area and it was a terrible choice.
When we arrived the restaurant was empty and there was only two cars ahead of us. The drive-​thru line was painfully slow and when it came time to order they told us the chicken would take «7 minutes» to cook. We ordered our meal and pulled to the parking lot with the other cars.
As we waited, the parking lot filled up with other drive-​thru patrons and our «7 minutes» quickly went by. Since we weren’t in a hurry and we were listening to the Pats game we decided to see how long it would take. 25 minutes later our order arrived. We checked our items and realized we didn’t have some of our order.
We went into the restaurant to tell the about the issue and we were greeted with rude looks. In the end, this store had terrible customer service and I still can’t understand how they didn’t have chicken when the restaurant was slow.

Wow. I never cease to be amazed. Let me start by saying I don’t frequent Popeyes. Been there maybe 5 times in my life, never to this one. So I’m not familiar with the menu.
Can I take your order.
I’d like a #7 BLACKENED.
Mild or spicy?
Ok…lets do spicy.
Your side?
Beans and rice.
Your drink?
Large coke.
You can pull around.
No total, no thanks, nothing. What I got was spicy breaded and French fries. So I drive through again and this azzhat wants to argue.
Can I take your order?
I just ordered the #7 and it was supposed to blackened.
Yeah you ordered spicy.
No I ordered blackened w beans and rice
I asked you mild or spicy and you said spicy.
You asked me AFTER I said blackened and I never said French fries either.
Pull around.
Really? What a jackass. Again, no «sorry» or anything. Just a «pull around».
So I get to the window and the «manager» lady just looks at me. So I just look back at her.

Ok, again, #7 blackened with beans and rice.
Blackened is different than mild or spicy. You said spicy.
(At this point I lose it)
Let me ask you a question. If I asked for blackened, why in the hell would your next question be «mild or spicy»? I know the difference and I know what I ordered. Pay attention next time. I said a #7 blackened with beans and rice and that ain’t what you gave me. So again, are you going to fix it or not?
It will take about 4 minutes for the blackened.
Ok
Pull over and we’ll bring it out.
5 mins later, someone else brings it out and says «Here you go».
That’s it. Never apologized for being stupid or anything. Wow. What a lousy bunch of people.

There food is good. I usually order the spicy tenders combo.
Includes a side and a biscuit.
I always receive fresh food which makes it even better.
But what annnoys me is when i order my spicy tenders.
They always mess up and give me mild which i think taste nasty. And i usually think it’s because they dont have spicy cooked which I will always wait for to get fresh. So when they decided «oh hey lets just give her mild because we have no spicy»
Its annoying because its has happened more than once. Always check your order before you go.

I’ve been to a lot of Popeyes in a lot of states and this by far is one of the best Popeyes. My order is a bit complicated but they get it right all the time. The staff is great and always chipper. Great customer service. The only problem if you go after 930pm they will be low on food. Otherwise I’ve always received great customer service and my order has always been correct.

This popeyes is better than the popeyes in chicopee! I got the number 2 mild with fries and sweet tea. Restroom was clean also!

The chicken was fantastic, but hoo boy do they need to work on expediting. Most of the people behind the counter were running back and forth, working on multiple orders and finishing none. We waited twenty minutes for our order, and after we left it turned out they screwed it up anyway, but in our favor. The hamkey went nuts eating all the extra biscuits!
