I want there to buy a
gift for my wife, I wanted a ring for her — the display case shows the price for $ 165 but the sales associate said its a mistake and she took off the price from the shelf and she told me the price is $ 465 for the ring.
Then I’d ask her about a different ring that said $ 165 and she said AGAIN «I’m sorry but it’s mistake «and AGAIN she took the price from the shelf.

Just stopped in to pick out a few charms for my birthday. We waited for 10 – 15 minutes before being helped as the store was a bit crowded and only two associates were working. They had a sign in sheet for customers, but didn’t seem to be using it. None of the charms that I wanted were in stock. The sales associates just said «sorry.» No offer to try to find the charms at another shop nearby or to order them for us. We’ll be shopping somewhere else for charms now.
