This place is simply amazing. The owners are very friendly and take their time making your food. They also have many years in the Food/Catering industry so the food itself is always Delicious. It’s also a sort of fusion type deli where they offer your classic Deli choice items as well as Korean style lunch boxes that are amazing. Give this place a try! It’s a hidden gem for sure.

I’ve been here twice for breakfast and it’s fantastic. Everything is made to order, and if it’s not on the menu, don’t be afraid to ask. The other day I asked for an egg white omelet with bulgogi and kimchi and it may have been the most magical thing ever. I can’t comment on the other items, but the fact that the service is so great, fast, and fairly priced — you really can’t go wrong! I wish it was open late so I could swing by after work and get dinner!

COCOREADELI, I LOVEYOU!!! This hidden gem of a ‘deli’ is nestled off of Fullerton in Springfield. Owned by the Lee Family(who are all super duper sweet, super friendly, and super kind!!!), the menu is pretty extensive, offering breakfast(sandwiches and platters), rice bowls(beef/chicken/pork belly/crisp chicken/crisp pork/tofu), fried rice, soups, triple decker clubs, hot wings, subs/sandwiches/paninis, burgers, katsus(pork or chicken), and Korean Style Lunch Boxes(bentos). For some reason, I just had a really good feeling about this place, as we met one of the owners outside, Mr. Lee, who welcomed us warmly! The hubs and I tried: a Steak & Cheese sub(I only opted for the onions and the mayo and upgraded to a combo; this came with a side of crisp battered fries and a fountain drink; the sub was filled to the max with ribeye slices that were juicy, and lots of provolone cheese and greatly-sauteed onions; this isn’t your typical greasy steak & cheeses, so keep that in mind — it is more of a healthy rendition, and it was tasty); pan-fried dumplings(came as 6 pieces; these were meat and veggie-filled, and came with a side salad and pickled cucumbers); a Beef Bulgogi Lunch Box(the bulgogi was SUPERTASTY — so juicy, tender, and had really great flavor!!! Don’t forget to mix those juices up with the rice: D and a Spicy Pork Belly Lunch Box(thick-cut pork belly that was marinated very well, more ginger-focused, and delicious!) — we were both surprised that the bento boxes came with tons of banchans — pickled daikon, greens, a mound of noodles, pickled cucumbers, bean sprouts, some fried cubed tofu, and even a perfectly-seasoned fried egg on top of some rice, as well as a bowl of miso soup(with diced tofu — yum!). We also tried some of their shrimp juhn(fish ‘pancakes’ with shrimp), these were super yummy, with the delicate fish and the generous amount of shrimp folded in!!; chicken wings(super crispy and perfectly seasoned; comes in a variety of sauces such as hot, mild, BBQ, lemon pepper, and Thai sweet chili); charcoal chicken(super juicy and the right amount of sweetness!); baked chicken(juicy, healthy, and a lovely baked seasoned crust!); Beef Vegetable Soup(always piping hot and filled with generous chunks of veggies, pasta, and ground beef!); burgers(ribeye steak used!); and, Kimchi fried rice(generous amounts of kimchi, the perfect amount of sesame oil, and perfectly-fried rice!)! Everything was super delicious and total comfort-style! I can’t wait to come back for those Lunch Boxes repeats, as well as to try out their breakfast specials and paninis! They also have a variety of soft drinks, snacks to-go, and fresh fruit!!! The place itself is super clean and has a comfortable vibe to it — you’ll probably find me there for lunch again tomorrow! :D :D :D +wonderful, authentic Korean comfort foods! +Korean Style Lunch Boxes: D :D :D +Bulgogi! +Kimchi fried rice! +wings!!! +charcoal chicken!!! +Beef Vegetable soup! +delicious banchans!!! +fresh, yummy, and not greasy! +ask for Mr./Mrs./Ms. Lee!!! :D :D :D +small lot to park your vehicle

I’ve had the chicken/steak and cheese, tuna sandwich, bao sandwich and various Korean lunch boxes. Everything has been tasty and great price point. I think people assume this is just a Korean type joint but their traditional deli items are just as good, owners are not new to the American deli scene.

The owners pay a lot of attention on the food, and is a also a great value. The bulgogi(bbq beef) is trimmed very lean and seasonings are just right. Other Korean side dishes are authentic even though I think they are also suited to American taste. The spicy pork and chicken are also very good. This place is a hidden gem in Springfield.

Great food, great value. The perfect lunch place. I recommended this place to my coworkers some of whom are Korean and it’s a hit. The boxes are the perfect size and the pickled veggies are fantastic.
