«OHMYGODCHIPOTLEISMYLYFE» — said some wise child on the interweb in a short vine I saw once, and let me tell you, he is right. This is the chipotle that took my chipotleginity(just coined that term, trademark, me) and I wouldn’t have it any other way. It is a very unfortunate rarity to walk into a chain food establishment and see smiles on all of the employees faces but man these people are seriously amped up to be here(if they aren’t, they do an incredible job at putting on the façade) Seriously though, it doesn’t matter how busy they are they are busting out burritos, bowls, beans, barbacoa, and other things that start with the letter b that I can’t think of that would also be clever. My personal order and recommendation is as follows: Burrito: White rice with lime and cilantro, black beans, steak(or chicken), pico de gallo, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce(guac on the burrito as well if I’m feeling froggy) This sucker comes out to seriously at least a pound maybe a pound and a half.(It should be noted that when I get to the table and unwrap my King Kong size burrito I pretty much slather it in chipotle Tabasco sauce, which is made from the tears of Spanish unicorns and some pepper stuff I’m guessing) The ingredients are high quality and fresh every time, that’s something you can count on. This chipotle has plenty of parking and year round out door seating. It is located off of Campbell Avenue just across the street from Walmart. Definitely give this place a shot!

I am visiting from California and have Celiac, which prevents me from eating gluten(flour/wheat) without getting very sick. I don’t eat out much because I am nervous about what restaurant employees know or don’t know about food allergens. My friend took me to Chipotle and I reluctantly told the person who took my order that I couldn’t eat gluten. He immediately, and without making a scene, changed his gloves, washed his hands(properly) and worked with his co-worker to change the serving spoons in each ingredient I wanted in my meal. Wow, I haven’t seen that service anywhere. The food was excellent, the service from the two men and one woman working the counter was friendly and sincere and the restaurant was spotless.
I never write in, but this positive experience prompted me to acknowledge the excellent service. The staff told me that, «Kayleen» was in charge and in the kitchen but I didn’t want to bother her as the restaurant seemed to be busy with a teen birthday party. Instead I wanted to share my story with others, publicly . Thank you for the excellent service. I’ll be back, and I will seek additional Chipotle restaurants in the future!

The food here is fine – its Chipotle, so you get what you expect. The issue with this location that I, sadly, tend to forget is that they apparently don’t want customers to stay in the store to eat. They turn the music up very loud making 1:1 conversations really hard and unless it’s your kind of tunes, you really want out of the place in a hurry. So I assume that’s the point. Take it to go and make the employees happy. Or take somebody you don’t like to talk to, like your boss or your in laws.

Most of the time, I’m happy with this Chipotle. Unlike some Chipotle’s, the ingredients taste consistently fresh and flavorful. Also, the food is a good temperature which I’ve found is often not the case. I’m not saying this is the case for everyone but it has been my experience. NOW… Let me preface this by saying that I ate at Chipotle at 9:35 on July 27th. With the closing time being 10 pm, I didn’t expect the food to be top notch. I was in a hurry and just needed a quick meal. The real problem was the employees. I know they were tired but it was 9:35. I was just planning to grab a quick order and leave.(I know it sucks to stay late so I wanted to get-in and get-out asap.) I figured it wouldn’t be a problem because they hadn’t even started cleaning. My goodness! I was sure wrong. The entire staff acted like I was the biggest problem on earth. From Rachel the cashier throwing my money back to me to the guys in back rolling their eyes at me, the entire staff was. to be honest… disgraceful. If I was their boss, I would warn all of the to either clean up their acts or be fired. I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect at a restaurant. I don’t expect perfection from anyone and I will never fault someone for having a bad night but unfortunately this was too over the top not to address. If I were the owner, I would warn them to either clean up their act or risk being fired. That said, I will still give them another chance. People deserve second chances and restaurants are staffed by people. Right?! :) So, I hope things get better in hurry.

I live in nearby Joplin where we do not have a Chipotle, unfortunately! We do have Moe’s, which I like a LOT… but I really prefer the chicken and the rice at Chipotle. It’s delicious. I am not sure what they do to their rice, but it sort of tastes like it has cilantro in it. Yum! I definitely recommend this place. It has a cute funky vibe and is the perfect lunch spot if you are in Springfield or en route to Branson.

My favorite burrito place! I love Chipotle. The concept is simple, the ingredients outstanding, the portions(more than) sufficient, and the prices are fair. Chipotle works like an assembly line… you tell them if you want your burrito in a tortilla or naked(served in a bowl sans tortilla). Choose from a variety of meats(I really enjoy the chicken and the barbacoa) choice of beans, a good selection of toppings, and then the salsa(s) of your choice. I try to eat Chipotle once a week and this one does a great job!

I LOVE chipotle. I like their naked salad, which is just the insides of the burrito, but in a bowl, and the chicken burrito. Honestly, all the food(even mild) makes my mouth burn because I am super sensitive to pepper(even black pepper), but I eat it anyway because it is fresh and delicious. LOVEIT For the guy who wonders why Quesadilla is on the menu. Seriously, you missed the whole concept of Chipotle. THEYMAKEEVERYORDERCUSTOM. It’s like Subway. You have to pick your ingredients. Is it really that difficult?

Just tried Chipotle for the first time today. The took the location and really renovated it to give it a ultra-modern sleek look. The inside continues with a really open feel modern style to everything you see. There menu is pretty simple and they got me through the line where they make it all in front of you quickly. The taste was good and you defiantly get plenty, I wasn’t really impressed with the salsa I chose, it was fresh, just not my favorite, I’ll try a different one next time. Service was fast and friendly with a smile on each of there faces except the poor girl that smashed her finger but I won’t hold that against her, it looked like it hurt. I’ll go back
