We are relocating from NY to Va. Customer service (Khadija) was amazing. The installer (Mohamed) came to measure the next morning so we could have the blinds installed before we moved in. Most of our interaction was by phone, long distance and I never felt uneasy. Thank you!

Great customer service — great selection without being too overwhelming. This is the second time we purchased blinds through them and left equally happy. Ordered blinds on Sunday and the custom made blinds were ready for pick up by Tuesday afternoon! Patient and helpful staff

Every time I have shopped at Blinds to Go in Springfield, I have been given excellent service. They offer very good prices too for their products. This past weekend I went in about an hour before close and requested a repair for a set of blinds that had been damaged. The following Monday (Memorial Day) I received a call before noon saying the repair had been completed and the blinds were ready for pick up. Very impressive service and the price was more than reasonable. This is a very well run business.

Khadija was VERY patient with me… I really had no idea what I wanted and I kept changing my mind.
«Dila,» the guy that did my installation, was awesome! He would call me and let me know he was running a little late or was on his way, etc. Also, he fixed my curtain rod for free! I was so grateful because that thing was such a pain for my husband to deal with.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at blinds to go. We went in a little hesitantly expecting a full force offensive sales pitch but it was the complete opposite. Ginger answered all of our questions only when we asked and was not pushy at all.
Mohammed, the guy that does the installs was great as well. He was quick, efficient, on time, and very personable; couldn’t have asked for better. I don’t know how the prices really compared, but coming from home depot looking at the same type of quality they seemed competitive and obviously had way more selection.
The whole process took less than a week. We went in the store and ordered them on Sunday, Mohammed came out to do the measurements on Monday morning (really early at my request so I could take care of it before work), the blinds came in on Thursday, and Mohammed came back to install them on Friday morning.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Springfield location of Blinds to Go. We received quotes from other companies and decided to try our luck at B2G since a friend of mine recommended it to me. I am very glad we did because we received GREAT service (Khadija is amazing and SO patient!), very good quality products, really fast shipment and installation and the prices were way better than any other quote we received. Also, Michael, the person in charge of the installation was very nice and did a great and super quick job. I totally recommend the Springfield location of Blinds to Go to anyone!
