I wanted a specialty pizza, but I wanted something quickly. I ordered a three meat pizza with no sausage and extra bacon. It was only $ 8 which is a great price for the size of the pizza. They said it would take 15 minutes, which it actually only took 10. Their pizza is good, the bread sticks are amazing, and their sauces are good as well. They lost a star because some dude walked in and started yelling at the guys working. The employees were talking to this dude about some guy that they thought was a loser/dork. I was pretty uncomfortable with how unprofessional it was. I don’t care that it’s a casual pizza place. I don’t want to listen to your silly conversation as you yell back and forth at each other.

We have tried to pick up hot and ready pizzas several times and have been told there would be a wait each time. Tonight, it was 5 pm on a Saturday night, a time you’d think they’d want to have pizzas ready. We leave each time because we don’t want to give money to a place that simply doesn’t follow it’s own stated, and promoted, business plan, no matter how cheap the pizza is. Please stop advertising ‘hot and ready,’ if you have no intention of making that happen. We get told ‘sorry’ each time… Instead of ‘sorry,’ change your practices! No, they did not have a big order in front of us. They just don’t do what they say they are going to do, so we move on. We suggest everyone do the same, so they might change!

LOVE this chain. This is the only location that actually has pizzas ready EVERYTIME! Keep up the good work. Also who can beat a 5 dollar pizza.

I would give zero stars. I came in at 8pm and was told they were out of deep dish pizza and refused to make one for me. They are open for another 2 hours. I am pissed.
