This place is horrible they did not bring the things I ordered My 13 year old payed for the pizza and the driver added a dollar to the bill this place is horrible just horrible

If they get your order wrong, good luck getting it right. Took over 30 min to get to someone who tried to help, dinner was already over… Poor customer service when you do talk to someone. Shame on you Pizza Hut!

I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering, but assuming that, since this is a national chain, their service would be remotely decent was my big mistake. Ordered pizza, cinnamon sticks, and wings. Email said they would be here by 6:06, they show at 6:48. They forgot the wings. «Oh I’ll be back in 6 minutes!» An hour later, nothing. Which now just equates to theft. So we drive to the place. It’s full of angry customers. No one working has come to the front for 15 minutes according to another customer. My husband hollers HELLO and they show. He calmly explains, we get a full refund. On the way home we call another national chain, and the wings are 4 minutes from being done when we get there. And they were awesome. Never again Pizza Hut.

Placed order almost 2 hours ago… the 11:07PM delivery time(in 45 min) I was leery about so I figured I would give them an hour… well — its 11:50PM now and nobody answering, nobody called me… on hold with a call center right now… I don’t want a discount. I don’t want a coupon. just give me my $ back… I won’t attempt ordering again…

After ordering the second time, which, I should have learned the first time around, NEVER will I ever order from this pos place EVER again! The first time, it took 2 hours from them to NEVER come around… and by that, I mean, they never got to our place. We happily went to their location after trying to speak to the costumer service rep twice! No phone call from the manager… NOTHING! As soon as we arrived, we were told the driver was«robbed». I figured sure, that’s nice but the decency to give us a call never crossed their minds. We still paid… even the damn deliver fee, pointless. Second time around, it took and hour and a half… the. After calling them and having the driver call me for directions, I have concluded that they are not professional at all no matter the circumstances & they will no longer be waisting our time or money. Don’t waste your money or time on this place!

Do NOT order from this store. I ordered a pizza, at this point, two hours ago. Still no pizza has arrived. If you try and call the store you will only get a call center, which can be of absolutely no help. They could give me no answers as to why we have no received our order. They even tried to call directly to the store and could not reach them. We paid for the pizza online and the charge is already showing. It is out right theft to charge you and not ever deliver the pizza. They are sadly mistaken if they think I will let this pursue this.

I’m only putting one star because I have to. If I had it my way it would be a negative 3 stars. I will never order from a pizza Hut ever again in my life. We ordered at 9pm. Granted it was a saturday I can see how it might take an hour. But here we are as I’m writing this review over 2 hours later, and still no pizza. Customer service on the phone is awful. When you call they can’t tell you anything about where the status of your order is. Don’t order from pizza SLUT ever! Go to pizza zone instead. UPDATE: 2 hours and 20 minutes later the guy shows up. No marinara to be found for pizza rolls. When i ask the guy where’s the marinara he says ‚“Oh its not in there? Then it doesn’t come with it.” Um yea it does its an option. DAMNIT!!! Pizza was mediocre warm and poza rolls were half cooked. Worst pizza experience ever!

Horrible service — terrible food. I placed an order online and their website said my pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes. An hour and 15 mins later still no pizza. I called the local number for the store and was transferred to a call center. The representative put me on hold for a couple minutes, came back and said it should be 15 more minutes. 30 minutes later(one hour 45 minutes after I ordered) I called the store again. The call center transferred me to the manager at the store who supposedly had«just spoken to the driver» and he was 5 minutes away. 13 minutes later the pizza showed up. Cold(and I mean not even warm) and the slices were separated as if the box fell off the seat on the way here. Never ordering from this location again. Ever.

Had a terrible experience with this branch… Food was delivered 1.5 hours late and the customer service was awful. I had called 3 times previously(they use a call center) to find out when the food would be delivered. Each time i was told that the manager of the branch would call me back; I never received a call back. When the food finally arrived, I requested a discount(who wouldn’t after waiting an additional 1.5 hours?) and was informed that the driver would have to call the manager but didn’t have his number. Another 10 minutes at the door later and the manager tells the driver that they will not be giving me a discount, so the driver leaves with all the food. If there was an option to give them less than 1 star, I would be taking it! Do yourself a favor and skip this location.

Well long story short… everything that I’ve read in the reviews… it all is true and it all happened to me. The delivery driver made me come outside to him bc he didn’t want to park his car. The cookie and cinnamon sticks were burnt on the bottom and a part of my order was not brought to me… and I tipped the driver not knowing that this had all happened.(I should have never tipped him since I had to walk outside to get my food.) It took over an hour and a half to get my food. I went through the same«call center and a manager will call you back shortly… but never does» deal. So after waiting 1WEEK for the manager to call… I call again and let the shift manager know that I will be in the next day to speak with the RGM, Kevin. So when I get there Kevin is not there. I wait a while hour for him to come in and when he did… I embarrassed his ass in front of 2 customers, staff, and 2 new people he was hiring. I got $ 20 of my $ 57 dollar order refunded as well as the number to the Regional Manager, Eric. If anyone is having issues with this pizza hut, I highly recommend you call this number! I use to work for pizza hut under this man and it’s been said that he is the type of manager you send to cover the stores that need«fixing«…and it came straight from Eric’s mouth. So if that’s still his job, he is doing a puss poor job of it. I use to go to NOONEBUTPIZZAHUT. Raved on everything because of how the stores were ran when I worked there(under eric)…and now I’m appalled at how customers are treated and how the food and deliver service are. I got no response from eric probably bc I left my name in the vm and he knows who I am… please feel free to notify management about this location via Regional manager… straight line, no call center! :) 2816229253

Horrible experience and pizza… stay away from this place. I placed an order on their website which I actually liked. It said the pizza would arrive in around 35 minutes. 50 Minutes later I called the number to see what had happened and was put through to their call center. The person then spent 5 minutes trying to find my order and could not find it. Eventually they put me through to a manager who hung up on me. I called back and had a similar experience of them spending 5 minutes trying to find my order. I asked for them to put me through to a manager which took another 5 minutes. While waiting my Pizza showed up over 40 minutes late. The pizza was cold, greasy and extremely salty. I only ate 2 slices of it but about 3 in the morning was very sick. The good thing is they gave me the pizza for free but I’m never ordering another pizza hut pizza. Probably the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten and the experience was truly horrible. I’m going back to Papa Johns.

Worst Pizza Hut ever. First time we ordered from here, both of our pizzas were wrong. I called the store and told them. I was told that a manager would call me back in a few minutes. Entire night passed and no phone call. Called back the next day and told them that I never got a call back. I got the same story again… that the manager would call me back in a few minutes. I still haven’t heard back from him and it’s been weeks. Ive been wanting to try the new crusts and didn’t have another Pizza Hut that would deliver to my address, so I tried again. The pizzas were technically correct this time and one was actually pretty tasty. Well cooked, nice and fluffy, good flavor. The other one(both hand tossed pizzas) wasn’t. It was flat, doughy, greasy and undercooked. I don’t get how two pizzas that are exactly the same, with the exception of toppings, could be so different. Needless to say I will not ever be ordering from here again and I suggest that you don’t either. ABSOLUTELYHORRIBLE.

Great deal they have where you can get any size pizza any crust any toppings for $ 10. I usually get carryout because the wait for delivery can be long. Staff is friendly and I always get good service.
