Carrabas Italian Grill

Carrabas has consistently provided great food, atmosphere and customer service! I’ve been eating here for at least 10 years.
I love the Capresse Salad and Shrimp Scampi found on the Appetizer Menu. From rehearsal dinners to Birthday Parties always done right!

Service was great. We had are food very quickly. The fettuccine weesie was delicious! I love the seasoned olive oil dip for the bread. I would definitely go back!

I honestly think this is just another sub par Italian chain restaurant… the meatball sub I had was pretty good, but also plain. Other times I’ve been here have only made me feel as if their meals were nothing special, as if I could make it at home myself…
Good place for a casual meet up lunch or dinner, but nothing fancy.

Overly aggressive jazz music played the entire visit. The waitress acted like we were just a nuisance. The lasagna meals ordered were over cooked so the pasta was mush. The chicken Alfredo was very mediocre. They did not season the chicken before, during or after grilling and some of the noodles were not cooked and stuck together. Overall, I would not come back for another visit. Way too expensive for such mediocre food and service. You’ll have better luck at Olive Garden just down the road. (Plus, as we were leaving the song Jeepers Creepers came on. How fitting for an Italian restaurant. NOT!)

Some very good friends of ours threw us a baby shower here and we enjoyed ourselves. The food was decent there was a set menu– came with appetizers, entrée, and desert everyone enjoyed it, we had quite a few different appetizers and a few meals to choose from the menu. The customer service was awesome:)

If you love Marinara Red Sauce, this is the place!
The lead Chefs behind the counter have been at this restaurant since it opened and they know how to prepare great Italian meals.
Try eating at the pasta bar a few times and you will appreciate observing their teamwork and skill.

I keep trying this place because others like it. We have never been impressed with the the food. It’s like a pricier Olive Garden with the same low quaility taste. It’s really quite boring with absolutely no wow factor.

Been coming here since it opened. Always loved it back then. The last two times have been sub par. We will not be giving them a third chance. Food was not good. The atmosphere is loud and chaotic. The server gave us the wrong wine. Had to send the veal back. The portions were smaller than in the past. We love Carrabas but no longer like this one. Sad.

Personally Carrabas is one of my favorite places to eat. This particular restaurant has great service, knowledgable waitstaff and really good food. I wish I could go more often but it’s a bit pricey for a regular place. Is great for date night or special occasions when you don’t have deep pockets.

I love this place, but when I order a martini and I asked Chris 4 times for the olives that should come with my drink he snapped at me. I will never be back! He also added extra items to my check. He was a very rude bartender and made me feel very unwelcome.

Steak Marsala was wonderful and incredible soups! Best service I have received in years (not stated lightly)! Great wines, as well. This place will not disappoint.

Delightfully surprised by the ease of online ordering and car-​side service. First time and won’t be the last. The food was good, ready on time, brought to the car by a very nice young lady who kindly put the bag in the back seat. They even included fresh bread with olive oil, herbs, and Parmesan. The only reason they didn’t get five stars is because they forgot about a beverage (and so did I until I got home). Minor inconvenience really. The food was well packed in nice foil containers and was hot, fresh and tasty. Nicely done.

Went on a busy Friday night and were seated right away. The service was great; our waitress was terrific. Our food arrived promptly and tasted wonderful. No complaints whatsoever. Will be back, for sure!

Staff just didn’t care. From the host the waiter. Almost ran over by staff members who were busy… Could have been more polite!
Food was nasty.(soup/salad was good) Maybe bad night, but still awful. Returned entrée which I do not like to do but it was bad, waiter bought back another that was wrong replacement. Shitty attitude. Big sweaty too. Then charged for both. Corporate crap. Really. They just don’t care.

Very surprised at the low reviews. I’ve been many times, this is the best food anywhere in the area. Excellent steaks and chicken, great Alfredo, good service and worth every dime!

When we want an excellent, consistent Italian meal we come here. The food is always outstanding with good service. Their oil/​spice/​bread combo can’t be beat. I always order the Chicken Bryan for a reason; it’s the best. We like sitting at the kitchen chairs to watch the action.

The waiter was nice, the food was way over salted. It’s a pass unless you want a piss poor dining experience. The host was a Surly emo kid who had no personality what so ever.
