South Perry Pizza

The pizza is fantastic. It’s made with fresh ingredients and in an inspiring new way. The room is very comfortable and the patio is a great place to hang out with friends.

Best pizza in Spokane! (In my humble opinion :) Perfect thin crust, fresh, customizable toppings, baked to perfection. Small, but simple menu. They usually have one entrée-​sized salad, plus a Caesar. Usually only one dessert — an amazing brownie with ice cream concoction. Busy place — be prepared to wait on weekend evenings. Pizza perfection!

Food was great, it was super busy so service was a bit slow. Great place to go with friends. I wouldn’t personally go there on a date looking for an intimate setting. Very cool that they open the big doors in the summer.

We went here for a birthday lunch and we were treated to superior service and attention. The salads we ordered were crispy fresh with all salad dressings getting the thumbs up. The marguerita pizza was just right to split for lunch and, although I would have loved another handful of basil (I’m a basil freak!), it was great! Looks like it would be a fun place in the summer with the garage doors open. Didn’t hurt to have ½ price on a bottle of wine! Gamache Red Blend! What a bargain and the last of it went well with the birthday brownie and chocolate peanut butter ice cream. Happy, happy Birthday!

Love love love this place. Great pizza and nice staff. We came on a Friday night and it was busy but only took 10 or so minutes to wait. The food was awesome and staff were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this one!

Delicious artisan pizza! I’ve gotten the veggie and the one with balsamic. So good! Pairs very well with a PSB beer!

Great day in Spokane to enjoy outdoor lunch in quaint Perry District. Had great pizza, dough yummy and light, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Definite return! Close to Gonzaga with our student.

Great neighborhood pizza spot. Decent selection of beers and wines. Great outdoor seating and open air environment with garage doors opening up (weather permitting). Good for all ages and tastes.

We went here about a week ago and WOW! The food was amazing! I thought I already had a favorite pizza place but it has now been replaced by South Perry Pizza… WOW!!! We sat on the patio which was perfect with nice icy cold beers… Off to an awesome start! We ordered the specials, a peach and prosciutto pizza with mascarpone cheese… OMG!!! This was so delicious!!! We also ordered The Husker which had cherry tomatoes, sweet corn and goat cheese — also DELICIOUS!!! Everything was cooked perfectly with the right amount of toppings. The service was also terrific — we really couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Just terrific:-)

Amazing! Creative artisan-​type recipes every time. Even the gluten free pizzas have great flavor and texture. And they’re always willing to help sub out gluten ingredients for safer ingredients to keep a specialty pizza especially delicious.

This particular eating establishment is in the small, interesting artist-​driven community on South Perry St. on the South Hill of Spokane, WA. It has some of the most delicious pizza that we’ve ever eaten; but, it also has some of THE WORST customer service that my husband and I have ever experienced. Apparently, there is a «rule» that you can either order «to go’ and pick up a pizza to carry out, or you can come to the establishment and sit down and order on a «first come, first serve» basis. As we promptly learned, they do not appreciate having someone call in an order beforehand and then «deciding to sit down in the restaurant» to ingest it. I understand that some places have their own little «quirky, nonsensical rules,» however, speaking to any customer in a rude, condescending, contemptuous tone is never a good idea as many people think exactly as we do considering «customer service» the most important aspect of any business… especially restaurants where customer service is everything.
Now, this rudeness could be forgiven and even overlooked if it was just one employee and it only occurred once or twice. Unfortunately, this deplorable behavior came from the manager of the establishment, and the sad part is that there are a couple other staff members with the very same dismissive, arrogant attitude.
Our main purpose for eating out at a dining establishment is not only for the delight of consuming well-​prepared foods, it’s also about being appreciated and treated with respect by the wait staff especially considering that we always tip quite generously. When that respect is missing, and there is a pattern of repeated offensive behavior such as this, we refuse to reward rude, disrespectful behavior with our continued repeat business. Such is the case here at South Perry Pizza parlor. A true loss indeed as the food was usually quite delicious. Nevertheless, we stand firm in our conviction on how to treat people and will continue to abide by those high ideals. We strongly recommend avoiding this eatery because this totally unacceptable bad customer service is simply not worth giving them your valuable patronage.

I went here for the first time today and loved it. We split the Blackberry Watermelon Salad to start and it was good. And then the Prosciutto Pizza which was soooo good! And our server Nick was fantastic too. Told him what kind of beer we liked and he suggested perfect drafts for us. I will definitely be back!

. Love the patio, love the menu. Our favorite is the prosciutto but you can’t go wrong with their pies. Great staff — friendly, attentive. A great spot in the Perry neighborhood!

This place is awesome! We love the chill atmosphere. All of their food is super yummy! Their Pizza is never a disappointment and their salads are wonderful

YUM! This is strictly for the pizza. We ordered the Prosciutto and the Sopressata Salami. I absolutely adored and loved the Prosciutto, by far better than the Sopressata. That is not to say the Sopressata was bad it was good, but it was no comparison to the Prosciutto. We ordered two because the girl on the phone said that the pizza’s were enough to feed one hungry person, but in reality we could have just ordered one and it would have been plenty for both of us. The crust has that nice crisp but just right amount of chew to it, perfectly cooked. The mascarpone cheese… oh my! It’s wonderful… all I can say. Try it!!!

Swore we wouldn’t be back after our last trip here but friends invited us to meet them and only confirmed my last opinion. Burned crust bottom, bitter and overly seasoned sauce, the recently changed dough recipe (or simply purchased dough pre-​balled and weighed more likely) tasteless. The place was full, so unlikely that management will strive for improvement. A sad story of success gone south.

Best pizza in town. The wild mushroom is our all time favorite! Plus the staff is so friendly and amazing! Nice little locally owned spot.

Good atmosphere, staff quick and friendly. Menu will satisfy all patrons. We steak and bleu cheese pizza, very good. Beer selection is average, but I can’t complain.

During the warmer months they open up the side door and restaurant blends in and you can sit inside or outside. The pizza is ok and they have a variety of different choices. Nice rotating beer and specials for wine.
Service was pretty good.

SO. Came in on a Friday night at 7:30pm seated at 8:00.
Had a party of 10 guys including myself.
The waitress & buser at our table where incredible. Very helpful. You can imagine splitting receipts would have been a nightmare but the waitress did it, she split ALL of us incredibly well. Great service.
And the pizza? As a first timer, incredible! I split a house pizza with another guy and started with a green salad on my own with dill vinaigrette. Grand total of 14.00 plus tip.
Really good experience.
