Worst service ever. They delivered my simple order 1.5 hours later than they said online. I even called before the pizza delivered wondering where it was and all they said was «pizza was on its way». No apology or anything. Pizza finally came and it was cold. and I could tell it was sitting for a long time. I called the store to question the situation because at this point I was furious and starving! I told the guy who answered the situation and all he said was I could get a credit for the amount for a future order. Hmm no… I wanted my money back so I said that and was told I could get a refund but had to come into the store that njght. Are you freaking kidding me?! I was so mad that I told them they lost a customer for good and I planned to tell my entire family/​friends to never go to pizza Hut again! I would much rather go to domino’s any day!
Ps. I would do zero stars if I could!!!

The service is always great. No matter who answers the phone, delivers, or is working the front counter– they’re always polite and my order is correct. The pizza’s are your typical pizza hut pizzas, but the service is my favorite part about this location.

So no matter how hard you try to prepare. This location always gets it wrong. You can literally come for an order and it is always from my experience wrong and needs to be remade. This of course causes an additional wait of at least

Wtf! Pizza was done when I came for pick up… (They didn’t tell us) We STILL sat there for 15 minutes with my pizza on their counter… Clearly a bunch of lazy people working… Little, Mmmm communication with employees OR customers… The place was getting packed and the ladies there before me were still there waiting when I left. It seemed to be a disaster. Plus the cheese sucks. Booo! Go to Mr. Js Take and Bake on Market. Have it cooked there! 10 times better!!!

Just an average Pizza Hut. It’s mainly good for delivery and carry out; the eating area is super small and would be awkward. I usually order carry out when I’m too lazy to cook and want cheap pizza. They have never messed up on an order for me, so maybe I make simple orders. The pizza has always been fresh and hot. The employees are ok, mainly high schoolers I think. Not bad for a quick meal idea for the lazy ones.
