Best place ever, I have been coming here for years. Jonathon is a hard working business man. You always get your money’s worth and you get a great conversation as well, the pedicures are awesome the nails are great and the customer service is always a delight.

Most expensive and shortest pedi I’ve had in Spokane($ 45?). I look forward to the massage and it lasted only a couple minutes. I won’t go back.

I’ve gone to Jonathan’s for at least 14-ish years and always had a decent experience. I recently moved back here from Arizona and had an awful experience last week. I went to get a full set and pedi because my baby shower was the next day… they made me wait over an hour and I told them I’d have to come back because we had family in town for my shower and we had dinner reservations. SO after leaving my dinner plans early and returning to the nail spa this new girl told me it was going to be $ 60 for a full set of nails and $ 45 for a pedicure… I about lost my shit!!! I was like ok??? then how about a manicure and she said $ 35 so I was like well I don’t know then… and another girl said well if I just polish your nails and no manicure it’ll be $ 30. By this time it was too late to go somewhere else to get my nails done so I just had them do that. At the end this new girl charged me $ 80 for just a polish(NOMANICURE) and a pedicure… and on top of that they don’t accept cards anymore, ONLYCASH??? I will never go to Jonathans again… His new employees are awful and charge whatever they feel like charging apparently…

I went to Jonathan’s for my first ever set of nails. At 40+ years old, this was a big deal, especially since it was a reward for meeting a weight-loss goal. I called ahead to see if I needed to make an appointment, but wasn’t sure what the employee was asking me. I am unfamiliar with pampering and didn’t know what I wanted, plus she did not speak English well. When I went in later that day, I ended up waiting over 45 minutes to be seen. My tech was rude, rough, and rushed. She was eating a snack and ordering coffee because, as she explained in broken English, they never have time for a lunch break. She was annoyed that I was asking questions and not understanding her answers. By the time I left, my nail beds were bleeding and I was crying. I swore never to go back, but I wanted to let them know that the service was terrible, so I went in 6 weeks later for a back-fill and spoke to Jonathan. He simply said, «Oh, sorry. Maybe ask for different tech next time,» and turned me over to his niece, who was, to her credit, pleasant and kind. I guess she is running the store on Francis now. Good for her. But I will never return to Jonathan’s, nor recommend it to anyone. I cannot support a business model which overworks its employees to the point that they don’t enjoy serving the public, overbooks just to get more money, and shows so little concern for a legitimate customer complaint.

Should have made a reservation this place was busy. The owner is there working away but cracking jokes with everyone. Nails looked good but the design was so so. I would try again but no special design request this time. Newer interior made for a nice nail afternoon.

I used to go to jonathan and thought they did great designs. My girls wanted their nails done for the first time. They said«you pick a design from our Facebook and we’ll do it perfectly! «myself and one of the girls chose the same design. Neither of them was close. Not even similar. They said a style was«in fashion» so we should choose that. We didn’t care about fashion. We wanted what we asked for. The technicians were way too rough with the kids. At 10 and 12 they held still but the sanding was so painful even for me. Jonathan also cussed in front of the kids. That’s not the experience I wanted. Finally I got a french tip pedicure. My feet still have calluses and the top coat on my toe nails is bumpy. Also the top coat on all of our nails wasnt sufficient so they have a coarse texture. The services were very high priced compared to other salons and we didn’t get what we asked for or the quality of service other places in the area provide. Very sad experience for not only myself but for girls who wanted to have a positive first experience.

Love this place… In fact, I won’t go anywhere else! Jonathan is hilarious and his staff is amazing as well. Took my BFF here for her pre wedding nails and she had the time of her life. Jonathan did our nails himself and provided a lot of comic relief for pre wedding stress! Other reviews on here are NOT accurate.

I took my daughter here as a special treat. We both got manicures and pedicures. My bill was $ 114.00 plus tip. My manicure wasn’t too bad, but my daughter’s manicure was atrocious. Her nails looked awful. I commented on them, and they offered to redo them, but they blamed her for moving her fingers together(which she didn’t do). The 2nd time her nails looked better, but then the second manicurist came by, grabbing my daughter’s hand, touching her finger nails and stating, «they’re dry» you can go. In touching them, she messed them all up!!! The staff were very nice, but it all felt rushed, and the nail filing was harsh on my toe nails and finger nails, and it was not the nice experience that we were looking for. We were very unhappy, and my daughter thought it was the worst manicure that she had ever had, and I agree. If I had only paid a small amount, then I would have thought that I got what I paid for, but not for what I spent. Please do not go there, you will be disappointed by your nails and the price.

$ 60 for a mani/pedi? I don’t think so! Not for the low quality that Johnathon’s offers. I will certainly never go back there for such bad service. I could have really done a better job myself.
