Came in for dinner with my little family, since i have never experienced this place before. Really it was meeehh… not a lot to say about it. Be very careful opening the door when coming in and out of the restaurant, very narrow entry way and can easily bump into someone. It smelled really good inside(reminded me of carne adobada), the place was fairly busy, and clean. I ordered the steak salad and was surprised how small of a portion of greens i got compared to the meat, black beans, and huge heap of dressing. I paired it with the spiciest salsa they had their and it tasted good. nice heat to it but, not overwhelming. I did not finish the entire salad, i simply got fed up with it and its meehh taste. As far as coming back again, i do not think i will. I just didn’t like it.

A little older than the rest of them, or maybe a little shop worn. The food was top drawer! Just what we expected from a Chipolte. If you’re visiting from out of town, the street is closed for repairs but you can find a way.

I didn’t have a great experience. I ended up getting a little sick after eating there. Within a couple hours it was not good times. I had a steak burrito and there was a bunch of fat in the meat. The staff was friendly though and seemed like a fun crew. My table was a little dirty and it got on my jacket… Just wasn’t my favorite time

We have loved Chipotle Grill since we first found them in California. We also love the one in Las Vegas. We went to the one in Spokane today and were very disappointed. The burrito wasn’t full of food like we remembered. Normally my husband and I would share one and that was more than enough for us. Today the burrito was tiny and there was no food inside. We ordered the carnitas with white rice and black beans. There was NO meat inside, the burrito would not feed one person let alone two! We are quite sad to say that we will never go back to Chipotle Grill in Spokane again! Another one bites the dust!

Chipotle was dope the food was nice. The workers seem to not care if the customers were around though. I wouldn’t expect them to come to my place of work and me just be on my ass not doing nothing but overall the food was dope you can’t complain about good chipotle.

Staff not very friendly. They don’t even welcome you or greet you. A lot of tables and the floor was dirty. The food wasn’t bad for a fast food place.

This was my first time going to Chipoltes. I was very excited to see what the hype was about. I had an absolutely horrible experience. The staff were unfriendly and were not doing their job(I asked something about what I wanted on my burrito and received a snarky«What do you mean?» response) and even forgot to let me pay, while the people behind me were being rung up. The place was very dirty and I could of made a better burrito than what I ate, and I am not even a good cook. I barely got any meat and rice on my burrito compared to the person behind me. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. This location needs to upgrade its staff and clean the place up. Will not be eating here again anytime soon.

Love the food, been there more than once now. Each time I’ve had to wait for my quesadilla that needed to put in some quesadilla machine behind the cash register. The wait for the quesadilla has been so long, that on more than one occasion the guy who promised to bring over to me forgot! In my other review I stated that this is the slowest Chipolte I’ve been to between Cali and Indiana. I still stand by that charge. Great food, slow service, even awkward at times. Would I go again? Yes! Would I try to time it so that it doesn’t take for ever? Yes! Would I order a quesadilla? No! Would I be mad about not being able to order said quesadilla? Yes!

Got a burrito and LOVED it! It was the biggest burrito I’ve ever had and one of the best. The service was GREAT and the long line moved very quickly. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I LOVE Chipotle. This is the closest Chipotle to Pullman so if I am in Spokane for any reason and I’m not going out to eat at a restaurant, then I stop at Chipotle. This isn’t my favorite Chipotle by any means. It is kinda dirty inside and not a lot of waiting space if there is a line. They could definitely clean it up a little bit and the guacamole has been a little brown a couple times I’ve been in. Overall the burritos are still delicious and it’s Chipotle and I love Chipotle so I will keep coming back.

This was place was crowded. I counted over 60 customers inside either waiting or scarfing down the food. Even though the line was out the door, my wait was not long at all. The employees were hustling along to clear all the people out and they were still having great time.

Great fast food restaurant that serves fresh food. Chipotle has a great team of staff that provides good customer service. The atmosphere is clean and casual. I love coming here just to grab a quick bite. They both have indoor and outdoor(patio) seating. Parking is free — it’s not a huge parking lot but it is descent enough. Expect to see a long line during lunch time. I suppose it’s just a testiment to the great service Chipotle provides. Note: –Calorie count are posted on the wall. –There is a Chipotle documentary on Netflix. Pretty interesting.

This team are quick and friendly! There’s time when you walk in and think this is going to take forever! But no they can power through the longest lines. They have never been out of something! I love chicken salad and veggies! Delish!

I actually have been a fan of Chipotle Mexican Grill dating back to when i lived in Bellevue, WA(2009). I also lived at a Chipotle while working and living in Salem, OR(2011). It was a WONDERFUL surprise to finally have a Chipotle arrive in Spokane, WA! I have easily been to this Chipotle a good dozen times with different friends, convincing them that this is a great place to eat lunch and dinner. Often changing our first selection of where we’re going out to eat from something fattening to Chipotle at a last moments notice.(Chipotle is generally healthier then a lot of options in the chain-resturant addicted Spokane area) As for the food, it always tastes fresh. I, however, am that odd guy that needs plain rice on his chicken burrito because I am allergic to fresh cilantro. Chipotle has always been quickly accommodating! I typically don’t put much on my burrito, but there is one major issue that gives this Chipotle 3 stars of 5. The food is not made consistently from visit to visit. This last visit, for which I am writing this review, I was severely disappointed. As I was reaching the end of the production line I asked for extra cheese. The gentlemen making my burrito thought two tiny pinches of cheese in total would balance the large amount of rice and beans(and the second pinch he considered extra xD). The portion of cheese I was given reminded me of my dad’s thin cut slices of cheese he would always put on sandwiches while growing up. You know, the kind of slices that are so thin you might as well not even have cheese on your sandwich because you can’t taste it? Yeah lets just say my mom made a better sandwich. xD Anyway, moving on… It took everything in me to not say, «Um, you might want to try again on your cheese portion there or i’m not paying for that.» but alas, I let it slide. I understand the assembly line difficulty, but common! Consistency, consistency consistency! I want to love this place every time I go! Speaking of consistency, after paying for my food I naturally have formed a habit of wanting smoked tobasco sauce on my burrito(clearly to make up for the missing cheese this time). I was not surprised that they were out of them by the soda machine so I nicely asked for one up front at the register. They were accommodating as usual giving me a new bottle, but lets talk about the consistency of this problem. Now, I’m ok with asking for a bottle from time to time, but at this chipotle I seem to have to ask almost every time I go. They need to stock the sauce corner every morning; not occasionally or once a week. This prep care is important at this location specifically because of the amount of traffic provided by it’s convenient location to Gonzaga’s campus and student population. Now, I love Chipotle and these short-comings won’t stop me from eating here a lot more, but it surely leaves something to be desired in the experience. 3 of 5 stars for now. I will review again on my next visit. I look forward to more CONSISTANCY!

Not as good as other Chipotle’s The layout is ridiculous with the tall tables bordering the waiting line. The dining area is always full, yet no one wants to eat at the tall table because you are pretty much sharing your food with everyone in line. This is by far one of the smaller Chipotles, which doesn’t help since its the only one in Spokane. Also, this location does not have Margaritas like all the others… The bright side — At least Spokane finally has a Chipotle and the food is still fantastic.

Ahhhhh, finally to Spokane the one, the only, the Chipotle!!! For those that have been exposed to Qdoba for just too long you are in luck! For those that are not totally familiar with Chipotle, I would liken it to Qdoba in that it is burritos, burrito bowels, tacos, and perhaps salad. They just opened their doors on 6÷6÷12 on Division. Not sure I love the location but it does appear to be pretty central and there is plenty of parking there and across the street. Chipotle is the perfect fresh Mexican burrito!!! The magic is in the quality of the organic ingredients. Don’t be afraid if there is a line as they will work through a crowd pretty quickly. Hours 11AM-10PM Burritos, Tacos, Salads Meat choices: Chicken, Steak, Carnitas, Barbacoa(braised beef), and Vegetarian Salsa: Fresh tomato, roasted chili-corn, tamatillo-green chili, and hot tomatillo-red chili Cheese, guacamole, chips A small selection of beer ala Corona, Pacifico and domestic All I need to say is Chipotle is 5 star fresh, burrito, Mexican!!! Thank God they have come to Spokane!!! What are you waiting for? Go get that burrito!
